4. Handling all batch change, program change and center change request. Also maintaining proper records of the same

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges [Payable from 06.08.2017 to 07.09.2017 (Online payment) both dates inclusive] shall be paid through online payment of Rs. 450/- as given on the website.
Procedure for applying Online

(2) After filling all the field scroll down and press next button.
(3) you will be redirected to this http://www.vbindia.org/application_form_new/qualification now fill all these fields on this page related Educational or Professional qualifications.
(4) now you will be redirected to http://www.vbindia.org/application_form_new/index/photo_signature
(5) on this page upload your scanned photo of self (as given size on the page) and scanned signature.
(6) now you will be redirected to the payment page
(7) in the payment page fill amount Rs. 450/- and all information must be same as filled in online application form
- After successful payment candidate will receive Congratulation Message with Registration No. on given mobile and email Address .
- This registration number will be the reference number for further communication with Mission.
Print two copies of the online application form. One copy duly signed, along with copies of Education certificate, along with one self addressed envelope of size 22×10 cms with Rs 40/-(Fourty rupees) stamp affixed on envelope .

Guidelines with regard to Photograph & Signature for Online Application Form
– Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
– Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
– Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
– If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
– If you have to use flash, ensure there’s no “red-eye”
– If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
– Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
– The applicant has to sign with Black or blue Ball Point pen.
– The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
– The signature will be used to put on the Admission Card, Call Letter and wherever necessary.
– If the Applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Admission Card, the applicant will be disqualified.
