CEBS Mumbai Recruitment 2024 : Central For Excellence In Basic Science, Mumbai is invites Offline/Online application for interested and eligible candidates for the posts of “Junior Research Fellow”. University of Mumbai-Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS) has been established on the Kalina campus of the University of Mumbai to impart high quality education in Basic Sciences after the 10+2 (or equivalent) level of schooling, in a vibrant academic ambiance by distinguished teachers and scientists.
CEBS invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Physics (Condensed Matter Physics and Materials Science). The JRF will work on DST-Nanomission funded project with details given below.

Salary Details – Rs. 37000/- pm + 27% HRA (or as per DST guidelines) for those who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET/ including lectureship or GATE. Rs. 31000/- pm + 27% HRA (or as per DST guidelines) for those who do not have NET/GATE.
HRA will be provided only if not residing in Govt. Accommodation.

• Note that NO TA/DA will be paid for the candidates short-listed for the interview. Interview will be conducted in the hybrid mode.
