CIDCO Bharti 2023 Latest updates – Cidco corporation has not recruited jobs for the last several years. However, the workload on the employees has increased as the employees are working in less than the sanctioned posts as per the requirement. Cidco Managing Director Anil Diggikar has directed to immediately recruit the sanctioned posts in the accounts department of CIDCO. At present, 48 % of the posts in the accounting department are not recruited, putting pressure on these employees. The CIDCO board will recruit more than 100 posts during or after Diwali. सिडकोमध्ये १०० पदांची भरती; मंजूर पदांसाठी नोकर भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू करण्याच्या सूचना

सिडको महामंडळामध्ये मागील अनेक वर्षे नोकर भरती केली नाही. मात्र आवश्यकतेनूसार मंजूर पदांपेक्षा कमी पदांवर येथील कर्मचारी काम करत असल्याने कर्मचा-यांवर कामाचा ताण वाढला आहे. सिडको महामंडळाच्या व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक अनिल डिग्गीकर यांनी तातडीने सिडकोच्या लेखा विभागातील मंजूर पदांची नोकर भरती करण्याच्या सूचना दिल्या आहेत. सध्या लेखा विभागात ४८ टक्के पद भरती न झाल्याने या कर्मचा-यांवर ताण आहे. सिडको मंडळ दिवाळी दरम्यान किंंवा त्यानंतर ही नोकर भरती सुमारे १०० हून अधिक पदांची करणार आहे.

• सिडको मंडळाच्या लेखा विभागात २०२ पदे मंजूर आहेत. मात्र सध्या ९७ पदांवर कर्मचारी काम करत आहेत. निम्या पदांवर कर्मचारी नसताना देखील हे कर्मचारी काम करत असल्याने सिडको मंडळाचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक अनिल डिग्गीकर यांनी तातडीची बाब म्हणून लेखा विभागात शंभराहून अधिक नोकरभरती करण्याच्या सूचना संबंधित विभागाला दिल्या आहेत. दिवाळीनंतर किंवा दिवाळी दरम्यान सिडको लेखा लिपीक या पदासाठी जाहीर काढणार असल्याच्या हालचाली सिडको मंडळात सुरू आहेत.
• मागील अनेक वर्षांपासून सिडको कर्मचा-यांची भरती न झाल्याने सध्या कार्यरत असणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांवर कामाचा ताण वाढल्यामुळे सिडको एम्प्लॉईज युनियनच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी सिडकोचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक यांच्याकडे पाठपुरावा केला होता. मात्र तत्कालिन व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक संजय मुखर्जी यांनी कामगार संघटनेच्या मागणीकडे दुर्लक्ष केले होते. अखेर सिडको मंडळाचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक पदाचा पदभार अनिल डिग्गीकर यांनी स्विकारल्यानंतर त्यांनी कामगारांच्या समस्या समजावून घेऊन त्यावर मार्ग काढण्याच्या सूचना दिल्या आहेत. याबाबत सिडको मंडळाच्या जनसंपर्क विभागाच्या प्रमुख प्रिया रातांबेे यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला मात्र यावर त्यांची प्रतिक्रीया मिळू शकली नाही.
• २४ तास राबणा-या अग्निशमन दलाच्या जवानांची कामाची वेळ ८ तास करणारे पहिले व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक पदाचा कारभार डिग्गीकर यांनी घेतल्यानंतर त्यांनी कामगार संघटनेच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांचे प्रश्न व समस्या ऐकून घेतल्या. तसेच मागील अनेक वर्षे सिडको मंडळाचे अग्निशमन दलाचे जवान हे २४ तास काम करुन वेतन घेत होते. मात्र डिग्गीकर यांनी पदभार स्वीकारल्यावर त्यांनी तातडीने ही प्रथा बंद केली. या जवानांना कामगार कायद्याप्रमाणे आठ तासांची कामाची वेळ नेमूण दिली. यामुळे अनेक वर्षानंतर सिडकोचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक पदावरील व्यक्ती सामान्य कामगारांच्या समस्यांविषयी गांभीर्याने विचार करत असल्याने सिडको एम्प्लॉईज युनियनचे अध्यक्ष विनोद पाटील यांनी त्यांच्या कारभाराविषयी समाधान व्यक्त केले.
