Goa Home Guard Bharti 2023 for 54 post will be started now. The Goa Police yesterday (Friday) inducted 54 Home Guard volunteers as constables in the police force by issuing ‘temporary’ appointment orders. The newly appointed constables will undergo three months of compulsory training at the Police Training School in Valpai from 11th September 2023. An order issued by Police Superintendent (PHQ) Nelson Albuquerque stated that the appointment is temporary and does not guarantee permanent employment. Also appointment of newly inducted constables can be canceled by giving one month’s notice. It is said that the new constables will be appointed on a two-year probation period followed by an induction training of at least two weeks apart from the basic training course. This appointment is temporary. If verification reveals that the certificates submitted are false, the service will be terminated immediately without assigning any reason and without prejudice to such criminal action for producing false certificates, said DGP Jaspal Singh. गोवा पोलिसांनी काल (शुक्रवारी) 54 होमगार्ड स्वयंसेवकांंना ‘तात्पुरती’ नियुक्ती आदेश जारी करून पोलीस दलात कॉन्स्टेबल म्हणून सामावून घेतले आहे. नवनियुक्त कॉन्स्टेबल तुकडीचे येत्या 11 सप्टेंबरपासून वाळपईमधील पोलीस ट्रेनिंग स्कूलमध्ये तीन महिन्यांचे अनिवार्य प्रशिक्षण सुरू होईल. तसेच, या भरती संबंधित पुढील सर्व अपडेट्स मिळण्यासाठी govnokriची अधिकृत मोबाईल अँप आपल्या मोबाईल मध्ये डाउनलोड करा. ध्यनवाद..!

1. पोलीस अधीक्षक (PHQ) नेल्सन अल्बुकर्क यांनी जारी केलेल्या आदेशात नमूद केले आहे की, ही नियुक्ती तात्पुरती आहे आणि त्यांना कायमस्वरूपी नोकरीची शाश्वती नाही. तसेच नुकतेच समाविष्ट झालेल्या कॉन्स्टेबल्सची नियुक्ती एका महिन्याची नोटिस देऊन रद्द केले जाऊ शकते.
2. नवीन हवालदारांना दोन वर्षांच्या प्रोबेशन कालावधीवर नियुक्त केले जाईल आणि त्यानंतर मूलभूत प्रशिक्षण अभ्यासक्रमाव्यतिरिक्त किमान दोन आठवड्यांचे इंडक्शन प्रशिक्षण दिले जाईल, असे सांगण्यात येत आहे.
3. ही नियुक्ती तात्पुरती आहे. जर पडताळणीत असे दिसून आले की सादर केलेली प्रमाणपत्रे खोटी आहेत, तर कोणतेही कारण न देता आणि खोटी प्रमाणपत्रे तयार केल्याबद्दल अशा फौजदारी कारवाईचा पूर्वग्रह न ठेवता सेवा ताबडतोब संपुष्टात आणली जाईल, असे डीजीपी जसपाल सिंग यांनी सांगितले आहे.

Goa Police Recruitment 2022 : गोवा पोलीस भरती प्रक्रिया 8 दिवसात सुरु करणार असल्याची घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. प्रमोद सावंत यांनी केली आहे. गोवा पोलीस महासंचालक आणि वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांसोबत आढावा बैठक घेतल्यानंतर मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी माध्यमांशी संवाद साधला. यावेळी आधी विधानसभा आणि त्यानंतर पंचायत निवडणुकीच्या आचारसंहितेमुळे प्रक्रिया रखडल्याचं स्पष्टीकरण मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंतांनी दिलं.

• गोव्यात सध्या वाढत्या गुन्हेगारीमुळे सरकार आणि गोवा पोलिसांच्या कार्यक्षमतेवर विरोधकांकडून प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित केलं जात आहे. मात्र कोव्हिड नंतरच्या काळात ही गुन्हेगारी वाढली असून यात राज्याबाहेरील लोकांचा सहभाग असल्याचा दावा मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंतांनी केला आहे.
• तसंच गोव्यात गुन्ह्यांच्या तपासाचा दरही देशात सर्वाधिक असल्याचं मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले. पोलिसांच्या कामामध्ये आपण गृहमंत्री म्हणून कोणताही हस्तक्षेप करत नाही. त्यामुळे अन्य राजकारण्यांचा हस्तक्षेप असण्याचं कारण नाही, असंही मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले.
• दरम्यान हैदराबाद पोलिसांकडून गोवा पोलिसांवर विनाकारण आरोप होत असल्याचा दावाही मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी केला आहे. पोलीस महासंचालक जसपाल सिंग यांनी केलेल्या मेलला अजूनही उत्तर न दिल्याचं स्पष्टीकरण मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी दिलं आहे.
• गोव्यात अपघाती मृत्यूंचं प्रमाण हे फार मोठं आहे. याला वाहतुकीचे नियम न पाळणं हेच महत्त्वाचं कारण आहेत. ड्रंक अँड ड्राईव्ह आणि वाहतुकीचे नियम न पाळल्यामुळेच अपघात होऊन त्यात अनेकांना आपला जीव गमावावा लागल्याचं मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितलं.

The police had sought relief as various posts of SP were vacant. This scarcity is affecting the overall functioning of the department. In Goa, 70% SP posts will be vacant.  गोवा पोलिसांच्या 70% एसपी पदे होणार रिक्त;  लवकरच होणार भरती

या चालु महिन्यात दोन पोलिस अधीक्षक (SP) निवृत्त होत असल्याने, गोव्यात जवळपास 70% SP पदे रिक्त होणार आहेत. पोलीस उपअधीक्षकांना (DySP) एसपी पदांवर बढती देण्यासाठी पात्रता सेवेत शिथिलता देण्याचा प्रस्ताव गोवा पोलिसांनी राज्याकडे पाठवला आहे.  गृह विभागाने या प्रस्तावाला मान्यता दिली असून, मंजुरीसाठी फाईल मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत (CM Pramod Sawant) यांच्याकडे पाठवण्यात आली आहे.

एका वरिष्ठ सरकारी अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितले की, मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी फाइल मंजूर केल्यानंतर ती अंतिम मंजुरीसाठी गोवा लोकसेवा आयोगाकडे पाठवली जाईल. सध्या, गोवा पोलिसांकडे 13 मंजूर एसपी पदे आहेत, त्यापैकी सात रिक्त आहेत, या महिन्याच्या अखेरीस रिक्त होणार्‍या दोन व्यतिरिक्त. शेखर प्रभुदेसाई, सॅमी टावरेस, विश्राम बोरकर आणि बॉसुएट सिल्वा हे फक्त चार एसपी सेवेत असतील. बोरकर सध्या राजभवनात तैनात आहेत. एका वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितले की, डीएसपींना पदोन्नती देण्यासाठी काहींना दोन वर्षांची सूट द्यावी लागेल, तर काहींना दीड वर्षांची सूट द्यावी लागेल.  ते म्हणाले की गोवा पोलिसांमध्ये (Goa Police) भारतीय राखीव बटालियन (IRBn) चे विलीनीकरण राज्य सरकारने मंजूर केल्यानंतर गोवा पोलिसांसाठी नऊ नवीन एसपी रिक्त जागा निर्माण केल्या जातील.

 बढती मिळवण्यासाठी, DYSP म्हणून सहा वर्षांची नियमित सेवा पूर्ण करावी लागते, जोपर्यंत सरकार आयोगाशी सल्लामसलत करून ही अट शिथिल करत नाही. सध्या 14 डीएसपींनी 4.5 वर्षे पूर्ण केली आहेत. गेल्या वर्षी, GPSC ने DYSP ते SP कडे पदोन्नतीसाठी काही आवश्यकतांमध्ये सूट मिळावी यासाठी राज्य सरकारचा प्रस्ताव नाकारला. राज्य सरकारने विभागीय परीक्षा, अभ्यासक्रमाची तयारी आणि पदोन्नतीसाठी आवश्यक असलेल्या वर्षांच्या सेवेतून सूट मागितली होती. एसपींची विविध पदे रिक्त असल्याने पोलिसांनी सूट मागितली होती. या टंचाईमुळे विभागाच्या एकूण कामकाजावर परिणाम होत असल्याचे सरकारने म्हटले होते.
