‘घाटी’साठी ५५ सहायक प्राध्यापकांची शिफारस – गट ‘क’मधील चार हजार उमेदवारांना नियुक्ती

येथील शासकीय वैद्याकीय महाविद्यालय व रुग्णालयातील सहायक प्राध्यापकपदाच्या संवर्गासाठी ५५ जणांची शिफारस करण्यात आली असून पैकी २० उमेदवारांना नियुक्ती देण्यात आली आहे. गट क संवर्गातील पाच हजार ८१० पदांसाठी भरती सुरू असून त्यातील तीन हजार ८९१ उमेदवारांना नियुक्तीचे आदेश निर्गमित करण्यात आल्याची माहिती मुख्य सरकारी वकील अमरजितसिंह गिरासे यांनी बुधवारी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या औरंगाबाद खंडपीठाचे न्या. रवींद्र घुगे व न्या आर. एम. जोशी यांच्यापुढे दिली. खासदार इम्तियाज जलील यांच्या जनहित याचिकेवरील सुनावणीवेळी वरील माहिती सादर केली.

• शासकीय वैद्याकीय महाविद्यालय व रुग्णालयातील प्राध्यापक व सहयोगी प्राध्यापक पदांच्या भरतीबाबत काहीही माहिती नसल्याचेही मुख्य सरकारी वकील गिरासे यांनी खंडपीठापुढे सांगितले. वैद्याकीय अधिकारी गट ब च्या ४२९ पदांची जाहिरात देण्यात आली आहे.
• त्यातील ४१५ पदांसाठी शिफारस प्राप्त झाली आहे. त्यातील ३८२ उमेदवारांना नियुक्ती देण्यात आली आहे. घाटीतील रिक्त पदांच्या नियुक्तीबाबत काय केले, असे जेव्हा खंडपीठाने विचारले तेव्हा वरील माहिती देण्यात आली. अतिविशेषोपचार (सुपर स्पेशालिटी) रुग्णालयातील पदांची निर्मिती व प्रत्यक्षात काय प्रक्रिया सुरू आहे, याची माहिती वैद्याकीय शिक्षण विभागाच्या प्रधान सचिवांनी पुढील (१६ एप्रिल) सुनावणीवेळी सादर करावी, असे निर्देशही खंडपीठाने दिले. तसेच युनानी व आयुर्वेदिक विभागातील रिक्त पदे व नियुक्त पदांची माहितीही सादर करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले आहेत. हृदयरोग तज्ज्ञ डॉ. आशिष भिवापूरकर यांच्या उपस्थितीच्या संदर्भाने खासदार इम्तियाज जलील यांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या मुद्द्यावर चौकशी अहवालाची प्रत प्राप्त झाल्याची माहिती खंडपीठापुढे देण्यात आली.
• खासदार इम्तियाज जलील यांनी घाटीतील रिक्त पदे, यंत्रणांबाबत जनहित याचिका दाखल केलेली असून पार्टी इन पर्सन या याचिकेवरील सुनावणीवेळी खासदारांनी स्वत: बाजू मांडली. खासदारांच्या वतीने अॅड. प्रसाद जरारे यांनी काम पाहिले. सुनावणीवेळी घाटीचे अधिष्ठाता डॉ. शिवाजी सुक्रे, डॉ. प्रसाद देशपांडे आदी उपस्थित होते.

अखेर घाटी दवाखान्यातील सुपर स्पेशालिटी विभागात होणार दीड महिन्यात नोकर भरती

छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालय आणि रुग्णालयातील (घाटी) सुपर स्पेशालिटी विभागातील ७२ परिचारिका आणि ५ तंत्रज्ञांची ४५ दिवसात भरती करण्याचे निवेदन खंडपीठात उपस्थित असलेले वैद्यकीय शिक्षण संचालक डॉ. दिलीप म्हैसेकर यांच्या संमतीने देण्यात आले. त्यांच्या निवेदनानुसार ४५ दिवसात वरीलप्रमाणे नोकर भरती करण्याचे आदेश मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचे न्या. रवींद्र घुगे आणि न्या. वाय. जी. खोब्रागडे यांनी शासनास दिले.

1. त्याचप्रमाणे औरंगाबादसह राज्यातील इतर जिल्हा परिषदांतर्गतच्या प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्रांमधील प्रत्येकी ३ पदे भरतीबाबत ३१ जुलैला जाहीरात देण्याचेही आदेश खंडपीठाने दिले. यात औरंगाबाद जिल्ह्यातील कुंजखेडा, कन्नड, गेवराई (शे. मी), सिल्लोड, रिधोना, टाकळी कोलते, फुलंब्री, तोंडोळी, पैठण आणि गांधेली येथील प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्रांमधील नोकर भरतीचाही अंतर्भाव आहे.
2. सुनावणीदरम्यान खासदार इम्तियाज जलील यांनी गुरुवारी पुन्हा एकदा निदर्शनास आणून दिले की, १५० कोटी रुपये खर्चून घाटी रुग्णालयातील सुपर स्पेशालिटी विभागाची इमारत बांधण्यात आली. तेथे ३० कोटी रुपयांची अत्याधुनिक यंत्रसामग्री आणली गेली. विविध विभागांत तज्ज्ञ डॉक्टरही उपलब्ध आहेत. केवळ या विभागातील ७२ परिचारिका आणि ५ तंत्रज्ञांच्या नियुक्त्या झाल्या नसल्यामुळे रुग्णाला जीवदान देणाऱ्या महागड्या शस्त्रक्रियांपासून गरीब रुग्ण वंचित राहिले आहेत. शासनाने यापूर्वी नंदुरबार आणि सिंधुदुर्ग येथील शासकीय दवाखान्यातील नोकर भरतीसाठी विशेष अधिसूचना काढली होती. त्याचप्रमाणे येथील सुपर स्पेशालिटी विभागातील नियुक्त्यांबाबत स्वतंत्र आदेश देण्याची विनंती खा. जलील यांनी केली. त्यावरून संचालकांच्या निवेदनानुसार खंडपीठाने वरीलप्रमाणे आदेश दिला.
3. संचालकांची बिनशर्त माफी; ३३ डॉक्टरांच्या बदल्यांचा आदेश मागे – इतर जिल्ह्यांतील डॉक्टर्सच्या तात्पुरत्या बदल्या करण्यास औरंगाबाद खंडपीठाने २० एप्रिल २०२३ रोजी स्थगिती दिली होती. असे असताना राज्याचे वैद्यकीय संचालक डॉ. म्हैसेकर यांनी ९ मे २०२३ रोजी इतर वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयांतील ३३ डॉक्टर्सच्या परभणीला तात्पुरत्या बदल्या केल्याचे खासदार जलील यांनी यापूर्वीच्या सुनावणीवेळी निदर्शनास आणून दिले होते. उच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशाचे पालन केले नसल्यामुळे ‘अवमानाची कारवाई का करू नये?’ अशी कारणेदर्शक नोटीस डॉ. म्हैसेकर यांना बजावण्यात आली होती. त्यानुसार डॉ. म्हैसेकर यांनी हजर होऊन बिनशर्त माफी मागितली. तसेच ३३ डॉक्टरांच्या बदल्यांचा आदेश मागे घेतला. आजच्या सुनावणीवेळी घाटीचे अधिष्ठाता डॉ. संजय राठोडही उपस्थित होते.
