भारतीय सशस्त्र दलांमध्ये सुमारे दीड लाख पदे रिक्त

सीआरपीएफ आणि बीएसएफसह देशातल्या सहा निमलष्करी दलांमध्ये 84,600 हून अधिक पदे रिक्त आहेत, तर गेल्या तीन वर्षांत या दलांमध्ये 1.12 लाख पदे भरण्यात आली आहेत, अशी माहिती केंद्रीय गृह राज्यमंत्री नित्यानंद राय यांनी आज लोकसभेत सांगितली. राय म्हणाले की कार्मिक आणि प्रशिक्षण विभागाच्या सूचनेनुसार, निमलष्करी दलातील 10 टक्के रिक्त जागा माजी सैनिकांसाठी थेट भरतीद्वारे भरल्या जाणार आहेत.

या पदांच्या भरतीमध्ये माजी अग्निवीरांसाठी 10 टक्के रिक्त जागा राखून ठेवण्यास तत्वत: मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे. ते म्हणाले की सरकारने डिसेंबर 2023 पर्यंत या दलांमधील विद्यमान रिक्त पदे भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. राय म्हणाले की 2022 मध्ये आत्तापर्यंत निमलष्करी दलातील 10,377 पदे भरण्यात आली आहेत, 2021 मध्ये 69,551 पदे आणि 2020 मध्ये 32,400 पदे भरण्यात आली आहेत

सैन्यदलांत दोन लाख जागा रिक्त

नरेंद्र मोदी सरकारने काल घोषित केलेली ‘अग्निपथ’ योजना सध्या चर्चेचा विषय आहे. याअंतर्गत ४-४ वर्षांसाठी प्रत्‍येकवर्षी सुमारे ४६ हजार ‘अग्निवीरांची’ भरती होईल व त्यातील २५ टक्के युवकांना पुढे सेनादलांतच सामावून घेतले जाईल. यापूर्वी सरकारनेच संसदेत दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार आजच्या घडीला तिन्ही सेनादलांत किमान सव्वा लाख व अर्धसैनिक किंवा निमलष्करी दलांमध्ये किमान ७५ हजार रिक्त जागा आहेत. या सुमारे दोन लाखांवर रिक्त जागांवरील भरतीसाठी अग्निवीरांना प्राधान्य मिळणार असल्याचे सरकारच्या माहितीवरून दिसत आहे.

संरक्षण मंत्रालयाच्या माहितीनुसार सध्या तिन्ही सेनादलांत मिळून किमान सव्वा लाख जागा रिक्त आहेत. गेली दोन वर्षे (२०२०-२१ व २०२१-२२) कोरोनाच्या साथीमुळे सशस्त्र दलांमध्ये नियमित होणारी भरती प्रक्रिया थांबली असल्याचे संरक्षणमंत्री राजनाथसिंह यांनी यंदा २१ मार्च रोजी राज्यसभेत एका प्रश्नाला दिलेल्या उत्तरात मान्य केले होते. पण याच काळात नौदलात ८३१९ व हवाई दलात १३,०३२ तरुणांची विविध पदांवर भरती करण्यात आली असेही राजनाथसिंह यांनी त्याच उत्तरात म्हटले होते.

राज्य पोलिस दलांतील रिक्त जागांची संख्या सध्या किमान ५ लाख आहे. एकट्या उत्तर प्रदेशात यातील सर्वाधिक १ लाख ११ हजार, बिहारमध्ये ४७ हजारांहून जास्त पोलिसांच्या जागा रिक्त आहेत. अन्य भाजप शासित राज्यांतील आकडेवारी सरकारच्या माहितीत नाही. याशिवाय पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये पोलिसाच्या ५५ हजार जागा रिक्त आहेत. उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश व अन्य भाजप शासित राज्यांनीही या अग्निवीरांना आपापल्या राज्यांतील पोलिस दले व इतर सेवांत प्राधान्य देण्याची घोषणा केली आहे.

सैन्यात टेक्निकल कोअरमध्ये महिलांची भरती; ‘या’ तारखेपासून करा अर्ज

Army SSC (Tech) Recruitment 2022: भारतीय सैन्याच्या टेक्निकल कोअरमध्ये भरतीसाठी इच्छुक महिलांसाठी खुशखबर आहे. सैन्याच्या टेक्निकल कोअरमध्ये पुरुषांसह महिलांच्या भरतीसाठी जाहिरात देण्यात आली आहे. अल्पसेवा कमिशन (टेक्निकल) मध्ये ५९ व्या अभ्यासक्रमासाठी पुरुषांची आणि ३० व्या अभ्यासक्रमासाठी महिलांची भरती केली जाणार आहे. इच्छुक आणि योग्य उमेदवारांकडून अर्ज मागवण्यात येत आहेत. आर्मी एसएससी (टेक) भरती २०२२ अंतर्गत पुरुष आणि महिलांसाठी ही भरती २०२२ मध्ये सुरु होणाऱ्या अभ्यासक्रमासाठी होणार आहे.
