Jalgaon Mahanagarpalika Recruitment 2024 latest update – Following the court’s order, the way has been cleared for recruitment of staff in the municipal corporation, where around 12,000 applications have been received for all but 13 important posts. The written examination of the eligible candidates will be held in February. The administration is then planning to recruit employees directly on the basis of merit lists without falling into the trap of interviews.

In December 2011, interviews were conducted for the posts of Junior Engineer, Deputy Inspector, Mechanical, Pump Operator, Lab Technician, Plumber, Auto Mechanic etc. for the Electrical Department. Now the recruitment process for the remaining vacant posts of clerks, nurses, drivers etc. has to be completed before March. The eligible candidates in the applications received will be directly recruited according to the merit list without wasting time by conducting a written examination.

The question paper for the written examination will be prepared in a very confidential manner. The responsibility of printing and sealing has been given to a private company. Candidates will get a double answer sheet along with the question paper and a carbon copy of the answer sheet will be given to the candidate after giving the paper. The answer sheets with the administration will be checked through a computer system.

Posts vacant: Junior Engineer-Electrical, Deputy Inspector, Mechanical Lab Technician, Plumber, Auto Mechanic one each and pump operator four. Around 90 posts of clerks, nurses, drivers and others are lying vacant.

न्यायालयाच्या आदेशानंतर महापालिकेतील कर्मचारी भरतीचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला असून, महत्त्वाची 13 पदे वगळता अन्य जागांसाठी सुमारे 12 हजार अर्ज आलेले आहेत. पात्र उमेदवारांची फेब्रुवारीत लेखी परीक्षा होईल. त्यानंतर मुलाखतीच्या फंद्यात न पडता मेरीट लिस्टच्या आधारे थेट कर्मचा-यांची भरती करण्याचा विचार प्रशासन करीत आहे.

• रिक्त पदांच्या भरतीसंदर्भातील स्थगिती न्यायालयाने उठविल्याने पुन्हा दुसरे विघ्न येण्यापूर्वी सदर प्रक्रिया पार पाडण्यासाठी प्रशासन कामाला लागले आहे. डिसेंबर 2011 मध्ये विद्युत विभागासाठी कनिष्ठ अभियंता, उपआवेक्षक, मॅकेनिकल, पंप ऑपरेटर, लॅब टेक्निशियन, प्लंबर, ऑटो मॅकेनिकल आदी पदांसाठी मुलाखती झालेल्या आहेत. आता उर्वरित लिपिक, परिचारिका, वाहनचालक आदी रिक्त पदांसाठी मार्चपूर्वी भरतीप्रक्रिया पूर्ण करायची आहे. प्राप्त अर्जांतील पात्र उमेदवारांची लेखी परीक्षा घेऊन वेळ वाया न घालवता गुणवत्ता यादीनुसार थेट भरती करण्यात येणार आहे.
• उमेदवारांना दिलासा – ब-याच दिवसांपासून भरती प्रक्रीयेच्या प्रतीक्षेत असलेल्या उमेदवारांना न्यायालयाच्या या आदेशामुळे दिलासा मिळाला असून आशा उंचावल्या आहे. त्यांचा नोकरीचा प्रश्न सुटणार आहे.
• खासगी संस्थेकडून अर्ज छाननी – लिपिक, परिचारिका, वाहनचालक या पदांसाठी सुमारे 12 हजार अर्ज प्राप्त झालेले आहेत. प्रतिअर्ज 55 रुपये याप्रमाणे या अर्जांच्या छाननीचे काम खासगी संस्थेला देण्यात आले आहे. उमेदवाराची अर्हता व कागदपत्रे याची तपासणी करून पात्र उमेदवारांची यादी लावण्याचे काम संस्था करेल. एखाद्या उमेदवाराचा अर्ज फेटाळला गेल्यास त्याची कारणे संबंधित संस्थेला द्यावी लागणार आहेत. हे काम महिनाअखेर पूर्ण होण्याची शक्यता आहे.
• प्रश्नपत्रिकांची गोपनीयता – लेखी परीक्षेसाठी देण्यात येणारी प्रश्नपत्रिका अत्यंत गोपनीय पद्धतीने तयार करण्यात येणार आहे. छपाई व सीलिंगची जबाबदारी खासगी कंपनीस देण्यात आली आहे. परीक्षार्थींना प्रश्नपत्रिकेसोबत दुहेरी उत्तरपत्रिका मिळणार असून, पेपर दिल्यावर उत्तरपत्रिकेची कार्बन कॉपी उमेदवाराला दिली जाणार आहे. प्रशासनाकडे असलेल्या उत्तरपत्रिकांची संगणकप्रणालीद्वारे तपासणी करण्यात येईल.
• रिक्त असलेली पदे – महापालिकेत कनिष्ठ अभियंता-विद्युत, उपआवेक्षक, मॅकेनिकल लॅब टेक्निशियन, प्लंबर, ऑटो मॅकेनिकल प्रत्येकी एक तर पंप ऑपरेटर चार जागा. तसेच लिपिक, परिचारिका, वाहनचालक व अन्य अशी सुमारे 90 पदे रिक्त आहेत
