• Veterinary doctors on the panel provide pre-surgical preparations for sterilization surgeries on unnads and stray dogs.
• The veterinary doctor on the panel provides the necessary error for the surgery.
• The veterinary doctor on the panel performed the surgery.
• After the surgery, the mark is on the ear of the dog that has undergone the surgery.
• The veterinarian on the panel is supposed to provide post-surgery care and medication treatment.
• The veterinary doctor on the panel has to pay a surgical fee of Rs. 400/- per dog for the above work.
• For male and female dogs, the rate will be Rs. 400/- per dog.
• The medicines and materials required for the surgery will be provided by the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation.

केंद्र शासनाने देशांतर्गत उनाड व भटक्या कुत्र्यांना ठार मारणेस बंदी करुन त्यांचे निर्बीजीकरण व लसीकरण करणेसाठी पशू जन्म ( उनाड व भटकी कुत्री) नियंत्रण कायदा २००१ अंमलात आणला आहे. सदरचे कायद्यानुसार उनाड व भटक्या कुत्र्याचे निर्बीजीकरण व लसीकरण करणेचे आदेश दिलेले आहेत. याअनुषंगाने कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिकेने शहरातील उनाड व भटक्या कुत्र्यांचे निर्बिजीकरण व लसीकरण करणेकरीता स्वः मालकीचे आयसोलेशन हॉस्पिटल येथे कुत्रा निर्बिजीकरण केंद्र कार्यान्वित केलेले असुन सदर ठिकाणी शहरातील कुत्र्यांचे निर्बिजीकरण करणेचे काम सुरू आहे. सदर निर्बिजीकरण केंद्राकडे केस बेसिसवर आणखी एक पशूवैदयकिय डॉक्टर यांची नेमणुक करावयाची प्रसलेने इच्छुक पदवीधारक यांनी पशुवैदयकिय कार्यालय कोमनपा येथे संपर्क साधावा.

Job Responsibility कामाचे स्वरूप :

1. पॅनेलवरील पशु वैद्यकीय डॉक्टर यांनी उन्नाड व भटक्या कुत्र्यांचे निर्बिजीकरण शस्त्रक्रिया करणेसाठी आवश्यकते शस्त्रक्रिया पुर्व तयारीकरणे.
2. पॅनेलवरील पशु वैद्यकीय डॉक्टर यांनी शस्त्रक्रियेसाठी आवश्यक भुल देणे.
3.  पॅनेलवरील पशु वैद्यकीय डॉक्टर यांनी शस्त्रक्रियाकरणे.
4. शस्त्रक्रिया केलेनंतर त्या बाबतची खुण शस्त्रक्रिया केलेल्या कुत्र्याच्या कानावरती करणेची आहे.
5. पॅनेलवरील पशु वैद्यकीयडॉक्टर यांनी शस्त्रक्रिया नंतर ची देखभाल व औषध उपचार करणेचा आहे
6. पॅनेलवरील पशुवैद्यकीय डॉक्टर यांना वरील कामासाठी प्रतिकुत्रा रु.४००/- इतकी शस्त्रक्रिया फि कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिकेने अदाकरावयाची आहे.
7. नर व मादी कुत्र्यासाठी रु.४००/- प्रति कुत्रा इतकाच दर असणार आहे.
8. शस्त्रक्रियासाठी लागणारी औषधे व साहित्य कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिकेकडून पुरविणेत येईल.

Kolhapur Mahanagarpalika Bharti 2023 – As per the latest updates Kolhapur Municipal Administration has sent the new figure of about 5 thousand 44 posts to Urban Development Department for approval. In this figure 465 other expired posts including Mahur, Gadiwan, Labor have been cancelled. A large number of sepoy posts have been abolished. 400 new posts have been created. These include Software Engineer, System Manager, Medical Officer and other posts. As this figure has not been approved by the Urban Development Department, a large number of posts are vacant in the Municipal Corporation. Due to this, the administrative work is going on at a slow pace and the citizens are facing great inconvenience.

• कोल्हापूर महापालिकेतील कामकाज संथ सुरु असून नोकर भरतीच्या आकृतीबंधास तातडीने मंजूरी द्यावी अशी मागणी आमदार जयश्री जाधव यांनी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्याकडे केली आहे. महापालिका प्रशासनाने सुमारे 5 हजार 44 इतक्या पदांचा नवीन आकृतीबंध  नगरविकास विभागाकडे मंजुरीसाठी पाठवला आहे. या आकृतीबंधात माहूर, गाडीवान, लेबर यांच्यासह इतर कालबाह्य 465 पदे रद्द करण्यात आली आहेत. मोठ्या प्रमाणात शिपाई पदे रद्द केली आहेत. नव्याने 400 पदांची निर्मिती केली आहे. यामध्ये सॉफ्टवेअर इंजिनिअर, सिस्टीम मॅनेजर, वैद्यकीय अधिकारी यांच्यासह इतर पदांचा समावेश आहे. या आकृतीबंधाला नगरविकास विभागाने मंजुरी दिली नसल्याने महानगरपालिकेत मोठ्या प्रमाणात पदे रिक्त आहेत. त्यामुळे प्रशासकीय कारभार संथ गतीने सुरू असून, नागरिकांची मोठी गैरसोय होत आहे.
• या आकृतीबंधास मंजुरी देण्यात यावी अशी मागणी अधिवेशनात लक्षविधीद्वारे केली होती. या लक्षवेधी प्रश्नास नगर विकास विभागाने उत्तर दिले असून, यामध्ये महानगरपालिकेने सादर केलेल्या  आकृतीबंधाची तपासणी करण्यात येत आहे. सन 2023 करता केवळ एक वेळची बाब म्हणून आस्थापना खर्चाच्या 35 टक्के मर्यादाची अट शिथिल करून अत्यावश्यक अत्यंत गरजेचे पदे भरण्याचे निर्देश महापालिकेस देण्यात आल्याचे नमूद केले आहे. मात्र,  यामधून महानगरपालिकेचा प्रशासकीय कारभार गतिमान होणार नाही. नागरिकांची गैरसोय दूर करण्यासाठी तसेच कोल्हापूर शहराच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी आकृतीबंधाला मंजुरी देणे गरजेचे आहे. त्यामुळे नगर विकास विभागाने कोल्हापूर महानगरपालिकेतील नोकर भरतीच्या आकृतीबंधास त्वरित मंजुरी द्यावी असे आमदार जाधव यांनी म्हटले आहे.
