How to Apply for LDCE CAPF Bharti 2025
Application received after due date i.e. 21/03/2025 shall not be considered. Candidates must send the following documents with his/her application to their concerned Directorate General: Admit Card duly filled in all respect and signed by the candidate with photograph pasted as per Annexure-B. (Candidates may download blank copy of application form and Admit Card from CRPF Recruitment website i.e. https: / / rect. crpf.gov. in) Two identical copies of recent passport size (5 cms x 7 cms approx) photographs of the candidate in uniform, one pasted on the application form and the other on the admit card in the space provided therein, duly signed by the candidate in such a way that part of signature falls in the application form and rest on the photograph. Self attested true copy of matriculation or equivalent certificate as proof of age. Self attested true copy of the certificates of education qualification. Self attested true copy of caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates. Service certiflcate/vigilance clearance as per specimen enclosed with the application (Annexure-C). Attested copy of latest SHAPE-I (One) Medical Category certificate.

UPSC CAPF – AC EXAM 2024

• Eligibility – Graduation (any stream) final year candidates who are going to appear in the examination in 2024 are eligible to apply. (Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.) NCC B or C certificate eligibility will be considered at the time of interview.
• Age Limit – 20 to 25 years as on 1st August 2024. (IMAV – up to 28 years, AJA/AJ – up to 30 years, Central Government Employees – up to 30 years)
• Physical Parameters – Height – Male – 165 cm, Female – 157 cm. Chest – Male – 81-86 cm. Weight – (in proportion to height/age) Male – 50 kg, Female – 46 kg.
• Vision – (corrected vision) Distance vision – good eye 6/6 and bad eye 6/12; Or good eye 6/9 and bad eye 6/9. Near vision (corrected vision) N/6, N/9. (LASIK surgery correction done 6 months ago is considered.)
• Exam Fee – Rs. 200/-. (Fee waived for Female/ Aja/ Aj.) Last date for payment of online examination fee till 14th May 2024 (18.00 hrs). Last date to download challan for payment of fee by Pay by Cash through SBI till 13 May 2024 (23.59 hrs). Fee dt in SBI Payable on 14 May 2024 (bank office hours).
• Mode of Selection – (1) Written Examination 4th August 2024. OMR answer sheet will be provided to the candidates for the written test. (Paper-1 – Time 10 AM to 12 PM) –
• Paper-1 – General Ability and Intelligence (Objective Type 250 Marks, Time 2 Hrs.) (General Mental Ability, General Science, Current Affairs, Indian Polity and Economy, History of India, Geography of India and World). 1/3 of the marks for the question will be deducted for each wrong objective answer.
• Paper-2 – 4 August 2024 Time 2 to 5. General Studies, Essay and Comprehension. Part-A – (History of Modern India, (Mainly Freedom Struggle) Polity and Economics, Human Rights, Geography etc.) 80 Marks. (One can choose either Hindi or English language option for essay writing.) At the time of examination, the language option chosen by them for essay writing must be mentioned on the attendance list and answer sheet.
• Part-B – Comprehension, Precise Writing, Other Communications/ Language Skills Answers to be written in English language only – 120 marks. Total 200 marks. Time 3 hours.
• (2) For Physical Parameters/Physical Ability Test and Medical Examination – Candidates qualified in written test will be called. Physical Ability Test (PET) –
  • (a) 100m. Running – Men in 16 seconds, Women – in 18 seconds,
  • (b) 800m. Running – Men – 3 min. In 45 seconds, women – 4 min. In 45 seconds,
  • (c) Long Jump – Men – 3.5m, Women – 3.0m, (d) Shot Put (7.26 kg) – Men – 4.5m. 3 opportunities will be given for long jump, shot put.
• (3) Interhue/ Personality Test – 150 Marks. Candidates who clear the medical examination will be called for interview.

Old Pension CAPF updates – The Delhi High Court, in its 11th January 2-23 judgment on implementation of old pension in paramilitary forces, had said that the old pension scheme should be implemented in CAPF within 8 weeks. This time given by the court was over till Holi Festival. The central government did not approach the Supreme Court against the decision of the High Court, but sought an extension of 12 weeks from the court. The important point was that the central government in its arguments submitted to the High Court did not mention any implementation of the old pension scheme in 12 weeks. He asked for this time only to think. It means that during this time, the central government can go to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Delhi High Court or find another legal way. The central government had reserved all rights in this regard in the petition filed in the high court. सुप्रिम कोर्टाचा निमलष्करी दलांना धक्का, जुन्या पेंशन योजनेवर महत्वाचा निर्णय

‘केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पोलिस दल’ या केंद्रीय निमलष्करी दलातील लाखो जवानांचे जुनी पेंशन योजना लागू होण्याचं स्वप्न भंग झालं आहे. यावर्षी ११ जानेवारीला केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पोलिस दलामध्ये जुनी पेंशन योजना लागू करण्यावर दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने जो मोठा निर्णय दिला होता. त्यावर केंद्र सरकारने सुप्रिम कोर्टोकडून फेब्रुवारी,२०२४ पर्यंत स्थगितीचे आदेश दिले आहेत. सुप्रिम कोर्टाचे न्यायाधिश संजीव खन्ना आणि न्यायाधिश बेला त्रिवेदी यांच्या खंडपीठाने हे स्थगितीचे आदेश दिले आहेत.सुप्रिम कोर्टात केंद्र सरकारची बाजू सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता यांनी मांडली. याआधी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने आपल्या निर्णयात म्हटलं होतं की भारतीय निमलष्करी दल ‘भारतीय संघाचे सशस्त्र दल’आहेत. न्यायालयाने केंद्रीय निमलष्करी दलातून नवी पेंशन योजना काढून टाकण्याचे मत मांडलं होतं. या दलांत आज भरती झालेला, आधी भरती झालेला किंवा येणाऱ्या काळात भरती होणारा जवान किंवा अधिकारी जुन्या पेंशन योजनेच्या कक्षेत येईल, असा आदेश उच्च न्यायालयाने दिला होता.

काय होता दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाचा निकाल?

• दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने निमलष्करी दलांमध्ये जुनी पेंशन लागू करण्यावर ११ जानेवारीला दिलेल्या निर्णयात म्हटलं होतं की सीएपीफमध्ये आठ आठवड्यांच्या आत जुनी पेंशन योजना लागू करण्यात यावी. न्यायालयाने दिलेला हा वेळ होळीपर्यंत संपला होता. केंद्र सरकार उच्च न्यायालयाच्या या निर्णयावर सुप्रिम कोर्टात तर नाही गेलं, पण त्यांनी न्यायालयाकडून १२ आठवड्यांचा वाढीव वेळ मागितला.
• यात महत्वाची गोष्ट ही होती की केंद्र सरकारने उच्च न्यायालयात सादर केलेल्या युक्तीवादात १२ आठवड्यात जुनी पेंशन योजना लागू करण्याचा कोणताही उल्लेख केला नाही. त्यांनी हा वेळ फक्त विचार करण्यासाठी मागितला होता.
• म्हणजेचं या वेळेत केंद्र सरकार दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाच्या या निर्णयाविरोधात सुप्रिम कोर्टात देखील जाऊ शकतं किंवा दुसरा कायदेशीर मार्ग देखील शोधू शकतात. केंद्र सरकराने उच्च न्यायालयात केलेले याचिकेत याबद्दलचे सर्व अधिकार आपल्याकडे सुरक्षित ठेवले होते.

लष्करी दलांमधील सर्व नियम इकडे लागू होतात

• सीएपीफचे जवान आणि अधिकाऱ्यांचं मत आहे की, निमलष्करी दलांमध्ये लष्कराचे सर्व नियम आणि कायदे लागू केले जातात. केंद्र सरकारने स्वत: मान्य केलंय की निमलष्करी भारतीय लष्कराचा भाग आहे. त्यांना भत्ते देखील सशस्त्र बलाच्या आधारावर दिले जातात. या दलांमध्ये कोर्ट मार्शल करण्याची देखील तरतूद आहे.
• याबाबतीत सरकार दुतोंडी भूमिका घेत आहे. जर या दलातील जवानांना सिव्हिलियन मानत असतील तर बाकीच्या गोष्टी आर्मीच्या अनुषंगाने का? या दलांना शपथ देण्यात येते की त्यांना जल, थल आणि वायु जिकडे कुठे पाठवण्यात येईल, त्या ठिकाणी ते काम करतील.
