Maharashtra Tourism Department Bharti 2023 – The tourism department of the state has taken up various tourism development schemes in the coming period. It has an important plan to provide tourism training (guides) to 500 unemployed youth in each district of the state. The department has started preparing for training in communication with tourists. Such training centers will be set up in 36 districts of the state and professionals will be involved. Training in various subjects related to tourism business, guide, hotel business, tourists, hospitality etc. will be provided in this center. Emphasis will be placed on having trained professionals to promote the tourism sector. प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यात ५०० तरुण ‘पर्यटन मार्गदर्शक’

विस्तीण समुद्रकिनारा, घनदाट जंगलसंपदा, प्राचीण लेणी पुरातन मंदिरे आणि ऐतिहासिक गड किल्ले अशी निर्सगाने मुक्तहस्ते उधळण केलेली असताना राज्याचे पर्यटन क्षेत्र गेली साठ वर्षे म्हणावे तसे विकसित होऊ शकलेले नाही. त्यामुळे राज्याच्या पर्यटन विभागाने येत्या काळात विविध पर्यटन विकास योजना हाती घेतल्या आहेत. यात राज्यातील प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यातील ५०० बेरोजगार तरुणांना पर्यटनविषयक प्रशिक्षण (गाईड) देण्याची महत्त्वपूर्ण योजना आहे.
आगामी मंत्रिमंडळ बैठकीत या संदर्भातील एक प्रस्ताव पर्यटन विभागाकडून मांडला जाणार आहे. राज्यात पर्यटन क्षेत्र विकासाची मोठी क्षमता आहे. स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांकडून पर्यटन परिसरात रस्ते, पाणी, वीज, शौचालय आदी पायाभूत सुविधा चांगल्या दर्जाच्या पुरविल्या जात नसल्याने हा व्यवसाय पिछाडीवर आहे. इतर राज्यांपेक्षा महाराष्ट्रातील पर्यटन स्थळे महागडी असल्याचे आढळून आले आहे. पयर्टकांशी संवाद साधताना त्यात प्रेमळपणा कमी आणि उद्धटपणा जास्त असल्याचे निरीक्षण पर्यटन विभागाने नोंदविले आहे. त्यामुळे पर्यटकांशी संवाद साधण्याचे प्रशिक्षण देण्याची तयारी या विभागाने सुरू केली आहे. राज्यातील ३६ जिल्ह्यात अशा प्रकारची प्रशिक्षण केंद्रे उभारली जाणार असून त्यात व्यावसायिकांना सहभागी करून घेतले जाणार आहे. पर्यटन व्यवसायाशी संबंधित मार्गदर्शक (गाईड), हॉटेल व्यवसाय, पर्यटक, आदरातिथ्य आदी विविध विषयांचे प्रशिक्षण या केंद्रात दिले जाईल. पर्यटन क्षेत्राला चालना देण्यासाठी प्रशिक्षित व्यावसायिक व्हावेत, यावर भर देण्यात येणार आहे. राज्यात पर्यटन विभागाच्या वतीने काही रिसॉर्ट गेली ३० वर्षे खासगी व्यावसायिकांबरोबर भागीदारीने चालविले जात आहेत. त्यांचे करार संपत आले आहेत. मात्र त्यात सरकारपेक्षा खासगी व्यावसायिकांचा अधिक फायदा झाला आहे.

पर्यटन क्षेत्राबद्दलचा दृष्टिकोन बदलण्याची गरज असून त्यास नवसंजीवनी देण्याचा राज्य सरकारचा प्रयत्न आहे. एमटीडीसीच्या रिसॉर्टमध्ये महिलांसाठी ८ मार्चपर्यंत ५० टक्के सवलत देण्यात आली आहे. प्रत्येक जिल्हयातील ५०० तरुणांना पर्यटनविषयक प्रशिक्षण देण्यात येत असून त्याची सुरुवात सोलापूर येथून झाली आहे.. राज्यातील पर्यटक व्यावसायिकांचे एक संमेलन छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथे २९ व ३० सप्टेंबर रोजी आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे. – राधिका रस्तोगी, प्रधान सचिव, पर्यटन विभाग
