The Chairperson of the Forum shall be a retired senior judicial officer; or a retired civil servant not below the rank of a Collector; or a retired Principal of a reputed Engineering college; or a retired Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department of a reputed institutes. The Chairperson shall preferably have working knowledge of the vernacular language of the State of Maharashtra. |
| 2. Independent Members |
1. Independent Member shall have experience of working for at least ten (10) years on matters concerning consumer Grievances. 2. Candidate shall be well conversant with Marathi language. 3. Candidate shall be recommended by registered Voluntary Consumer Protection Organisation/registered NGO’s in the area working on the matters concerning consumer grievances or Chairperson CGRF. |
