शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधी द्रव्ये विभागातील आयुष संचालनालयातील संचालक – आयुष, गट-अ या संवर्गातील एका पदाच्या भरतीकरीता आयोगामार्फत दिनांक १० मे, २०२३ रोजी जाहिरात ( जाहिरात क्रमांक ०२२/२०२३) प्रसिध्द करण्यात आली आहे. तथापि, जाहिरातीस अनुसरुन मा. महाराष्ट्र प्रशासकीय न्यायाधिकरण, मुंबई येथे दाखल मूळ अर्ज क्रमांक ५५/२०२४ सह ७०७/२०२३ या प्रकरणातील न्यायिक आदेशाच्या अनुषंगाने विषयाधीन संवर्गाचे मागणीपत्र रद्द करण्याचा निर्णय, शासन पत्र, वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधी द्रव्ये विभाग, क्रमांक: आयुसे- ०८२१/ प्र. क्र. ९८ / आयु-१, दिनांक १८ मार्च, २०२४ रोजीच्या पत्रान्वये घेतला असल्याचे कळविले आहे. तसेच विषयाधीन संवर्गाची जाहिरात रद्द करण्याची विनंती शासनाने केली आहे. त्यानुसार संचालक, आयुष, गट-अ या संवर्गाच्या एका पदाची जाहिरात क्रमांक ०२२/२०२३ रद्द करण्यात आली आहे.
