Nanded Mahanagarpalika Bharti 2023- As per the government decision, newly necessary posts will be created in Nanded Municipal Corporation. The issue of approving the total number of 1903 posts of the Municipal Corporation along with creation of newly necessary posts on the establishment of Nanded Municipal Corporation was under the consideration of the Government. Now this recruitment has been approved through a new circular. So this recruitment is expected to be started soon.

1. नांदेड-वाघाळा शहर महानगरपालिकेच्या क्षेत्राच्या नागरीकरणात मोठ्या प्रमाणात झालेली वाढ, वाढती लोकसंख्या परिणामी पायाभुत सुविधांवर पडणारा ताण, राज्य व केंद्र शासनाकडून सुरु असलेले विविध महत्वाचे प्रकल्प/उपक्रम, महानगरपालिका प्रशासनाकडून विविध लोककल्याणकारी योजनांची अंमलबजावणी यामुळे कार्यरत कर्मचारी वर्ग कमी पडत असल्याने गतिमान प्रशासकीय कामकाज करण्यासाठी महानगरपालिकेस प्रशिक्षित मनुष्यबळाची आवश्यकता विचारात घेता नांदेड-वाघाळा शहर महानगरपालिकेतील प्रशासकीय व तांत्रिक कामकाजांसाठी नवीन पदांची निर्मिती करणे आवश्यक होते.
2. नांदेड-वाघाळा शहर महानगरपालिकेच्या सर्वसाधारण सभेने दि.१०.०८.२०१६ रोजीच्या ठराव क्र.६२ अन्वये व स्थायी समितीने दि. ०४.०६.२०२१ रोजीच्या ठराव क्र. २२ अन्वये महानगरपालिकेच्या आकृतीबंधास मंजुरी दिली आहे. त्यानुसार, आयुक्त, नांदेड-वाघाळा शहर महानगरपालिका यांनी दि.०१.१२.२०२१ रोजीच्या पत्रान्वये महानगरपालिकेच्या आस्थापनेवर पदनिर्मितीसह आकृतीबंधाचा प्रस्ताव शासनास सादर केला. सदर प्रस्तावांच्या अनुषंगाने आयुक्त, नांदेड-वाघाळा शहर महानगरपालिका यांच्याकडून दि. १९.१.२०२२ रोजीच्या शासन पत्रान्वये मागितलेली सुधारीत माहिती दि.२५.११.२०२२ च्या पत्रान्वये प्राप्त झाली. त्याअनुषंगाने महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ चे कलम कलम ५१(४) नुसार निर्मिती करण्यास मान्यता देणे. तसेच, महानगरपालिकेच्या आस्थापनेवर नव्याने आवश्यक पदनिर्मिती करण्यासह महानगरपालिकेच्या एकत्रित एकूण १९०३ पदांच्या आकृतीबंधास मान्यता देण्याची बाब शासनाच्या विचाराधीन होती. आता या भरतीला नवीन परिपत्रकाद्वारे मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे. त्यामुळे हि भरती लवकरच होणे अपेक्षित आहे.
