The first draft of 7,092 posts of the municipal corporation, which is included in ‘C’ category, was approved in 1996. Monthly retirement and voluntary retirement, however, increased the number of vacant posts of officers to 3,314. The corporation was promoted from ‘C’ class to ‘B’ class. However, due to the shortage of staff, it is difficult to provide basic facilities to the citizens. After Corona, the government approved 625 new posts related to health, medical and solid waste management departments.

लोकसभा निवडणुकीची आचारसंहिता लागण्यापूर्वी नाशिक महापालिका प्रशासनाने नुकताच मंजूर केलेला सुधारित आकृतिबंध शासनाला सादर केला आहे. महापालिकेतील अधिकारी व कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या विविध २४४ संवर्गांचा समावेश असलेल्या ९,०१६ पदांना शासनाने मंजुरी दिल्यास डिसेंबरअखेर महापालिकेत मोठी भरती होण्याचे संकेत आहे. त्यासाठी पालिका प्रशासनाला आस्थापना खर्च ३५ टक्क्यांच्या खाली आणावा लागणार आहे.

‘क’ वर्गात समावेश असलेल्या महापालिकेचा पहिला ७०९२ पदांचा आकृतिबंध १९९६ मध्ये मंजूर करण्यात आला. दरमहा सेवानिवृत्ती, स्वेच्छानिवृत्तीमुळे अधिकारी कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या रिक्त पदांची संख्या मात्र ३,३१४ वर गेली. महापालिकेची ‘क’ वर्गातून ‘ब’ वर्गात पदोन्नती झाली. मात्र कर्मचारी संख्या रोडावल्याने नागरीकांना मूलभूत सुविधा पुरविण्यात अडचणी येत आहेत. कोरोनानंतर शासनाने आरोग्य, वैद्यकीय व घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन विभागाशी संबंधित ६२५ नवीन पदांना मंजुरी दिली.

त्यामुळे आस्थापना परिशिष्टावरील मंजूर पदांची संख्या ७७१७ वर पोचली. त्यापूर्वी २०१७ मध्ये १४,४०० पदांचा नवीन आकृतिबंध शासनाच्या मान्यतेसाठी सादर केला. परंतु शासनाने आकृतिबंध अव्यवहार्य ठरविला. त्यानंतर सेवा प्रवेश नियमावलीला मंजुरी दिली. या सर्व विभागांकडून प्राप्त माहितीच्या आधारे ९०१६ पदांचा एकत्रित प्रस्ताव प्रशासनाने तयार केला.

मागील आठवड्यात महासभेत मंजुरी देण्यात आली. पहिल्या आकृतिबंधात सफाई कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या १९९३ पदांना मंजुरी देण्यात आली होती. सुधारित आकृतिबंधात पदांची संख्या जैसे-थे ठेवण्यात आली. लोकसभा निवडणूक आचारसंहिता लागणार असल्याने त्यापूर्वी प्रशासनाने मंजुरीसाठी आकृतिबंध सादर केला. शासन मान्यतेनंतर पदे भरण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा होईल.

Under the 15th Finance Commission, the Central Government has suggested to give priority to the appointment of MBBS graduates as Medical Officers of the “Ayushman Arogya Mandir” Centre. Accordingly, priority will be given to the appointment of MBBS graduates for the post of Medical Officer in the “Ayushman Arogya Mandir” centre. However, if the MBBS graduate candidate is not available despite several attempts, the BBBS graduate candidate will be temporarily appointed as the Medical Officer for the “Ayushman Arogya Mandir” centre under the 15th Finance Commission till the MBBS graduate candidate becomes available / for 6 months.
All the above posts are of a very contractual nature and of consolidated remuneration. It will be filed for a period up to 29.06.2024. The next reappointment (for a period of 11 months and 29 days) will be based on your performance assessment. If the government nominates these posts, the service of the candidates will end without any prior notice. Nashik Mahanagarpalika Bharti 2024 updates for 706 posts. At present, about 3,000 posts are vacant in the Nashik Municipal Corporation. The administration has also taken up the task of preparing the revised framework. Nashik Mahanagarpalika Bharti 2024  Examination fee Details :- The applicant will be charged a fee of Rs.475 to Rs.675. If up to 10,000 examinees appear, a financial compensation of Rs. 675 per candidate will be charged by the company. महापालिकेतील आरोग्य, वैद्यकीय व अग्निशमन विभागातील ५८७ पदांच्या भरतीची तयारी अंतिम टप्प्यात आली आहे. भरतीसाठी उमेदवारांची लेखी परीक्षा घेतली जाणार आहे. त्यासाठी भरतीप्रक्रिया राबविणाऱ्या टाटा कन्सल्टन्सी (टीसीएस)ने संवर्गनिहाय प्रश्नपत्रिका तयार केली असून, महापालिका प्रशासनाच्या अवलोकनानंतर संभाव्य त्रुटी दुरुस्ती करून प्रश्नपत्रिका अंतिम केली जाणार आहे.
महापालिकेसाठी १९९५ मध्ये विविध संवर्गातील ७०९२ पदांच्या आकृतिबंधाला मंजुरी देण्यात आली होती. त्यावेळी नाशिक महापालिका क वर्गात होती. लोकसंख्या वाढल्याने महापालिकेचीही क वर्गातून ब वर्गात पदोन्नती झाली. परंतु वाढत्या लोकसंख्येच्या तुलनेत कर्मचारीसंख्या वाढण्याऐवजी कमी होत गेली. दरमहा सेवानिवृत्ती, स्वेच्छानिवृत्तीमुळे सद्यस्थितीत महापालिकेतील सुमारे तीन हजार पदे रिक्त आहेत. प्रशासनाने सुधारित आकृतिबंध तयार करण्याचे कामही हाती घेतले आहे. या दरम्यान, कोरोना काळात तातडीची बाब म्हणून वैद्यकीय, आरोग्य तसेच अग्निशमन विभागातील पदे भरण्यास शासनाने मंजुरी दिली. त्यानुसार अग्निशमन विभागातील ३४८, तर वैद्यकीय विभागातील ३५८ अशा ७०६ पदांच्या भरतीचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला. डॉक्टर संवर्गातील ८२, तर अन्य ३९ अशा एकूण १२१ पदे वगळता ५८७ पदांची भरती टीसीएसमार्फत केली जात आहे. त्यासाठी सॉफ्टवेअर अॅप्लिकेशन, पेमेंट गेटवे तयार करण्याचे काम पूर्ण केले आले. इच्छुक उमेदवारांची संर्वगनिहाय लेखी परीक्षा घेतली जाणार आहे. त्यासाठी प्रश्नपत्रिका तयार करण्याचे कामही टीसीएसने हाती घेतले होते. यासाठी महापालिकेकडून विविध पदांशी निगडित परीक्षेचा अभ्यासक्रम मागून घेण्यात आला होता. त्याचा अभ्यास करून, प्रश्नपत्रिकेचे विविध नमुने तयार करण्यात आले असून, त्यातील एक प्रशासनाकडून अंतिम केला जाईल. टीसीएसकडून आलेल्या प्रश्नावलीच्या मसुद्यातील त्रुटी दुरुस्त करून त्यानंतर परीक्षा संदर्भामध्ये निर्णय घेतला जाईल.
कोरोनाचे कारण देत महापालिकेतील या नोकरभरतीला शासनाने परवानगी दिली असली तरी यातील ८२ डॉक्टरांची भरतीप्रक्रिया राबविण्याचे टीसीएसला अधिकार नाहीत. महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाच्या माध्यमातून डॉक्टर पदांची भरती करावी लागणार आहे. यासाठी महापालिकेने शासनाकडून मार्गदर्शन मागविले होते. मात्र, शासनाकडून कुठलाही प्रतिसाद मिळू न शकल्याने डॉक्टर भरतीप्रक्रिया रखडली आहे.

असे असणार परीक्षा शुल्क – अर्जदारासाठी ४७५ ते ६७५ रुपये फी आकारली जाणार आहे. दहा हजारांपर्यंत परीक्षार्थी आल्यास एका उमेदवारासाठी ६७५ रुपये आर्थिक मोबदला कंपनीकडून आकारला जाणार आहे. दहा हजार ते पन्नास हजार मिळाले परीक्षार्थी आले तर एका उमेदवारासाठी सहाशे रुपये दर आकारला जाणार आहे. एक लाखापर्यंत परीक्षार्थी आल्यास प्रत्येक उमेदवार ५७५ रुपये, असा दर आकारला जाईल. दोन लाखांपर्यंत ५५० रुपये, पाच लाखांपर्यंत उमेदवार आल्यास ४७५ रुपये याप्रमाणे मोबदला द्यावा लागणार आहे.

Nashik Mahanagarpalika Bharti 2023 updates – As per the latest updates regarding the Nashik Mahanagarpalika Bharti is that About 2,800 of the sanctioned 7,082 sanctioned posts in various cadres of Nashik Municipal Corporation are vacant. This is putting a lot of pressure on the functioning of the civic body. The revised design of the civic body is yet to get the government’s nod. The administration is preparing to submit a revised draft of 9,000 posts as per the government’s directions. Meanwhile, the government has approved the recruitment of 706 posts, including 348 in the fire department and 358 in the health and medical department. The recruitment process is being implemented by TCS as per the government decision.

TCS has the right to recruit posts in B to D cadre. So, despite being sanctioned, the recruitment of 82 doctors of category A cadre is yet to be finalised. After the NMC signed an agreement with TCA for recruitment, the project manager has completed the work of preparing the necessary computer system, payment gateway for recruitment. A fee of Rs 475 to Rs 675 will be charged for a candidate while recruiting through TCS. A joint meeting of TCS and MUNICIPAL officials was held on Monday as preparations for the recruitment process were completed. It has been reviewed and the recruitment advertisement will be published soon.

नाशिक महापालिकेच्या आस्थापना परिशिष्टावरील विविध संवर्गांतील मंजूर ७०८२ पैकी सुमारे २८०० पदे रिक्त आहेत. त्यामुळे महापालिकेच्या कामकाजावर प्रचंड ताण येत आहे. महापालिकेच्या सुधारित आकृतिबंधाला अद्याप शासनाची मंजुरी मिळालेली नाही. शासनाच्या निर्देशांनुसार नऊ हजार पदांचा सुधारित आकृतिबंध सादर करण्याची तयारी प्रशासनाने केली आहे.

दरम्यान, अग्निशमन विभागातील ३४८, तर आरोग्य-वैद्यकीय विभागातील ३५८ अशा ७०६ पदांच्या भरतीला शासनाने मान्यता दिली आहे. शासन निर्णयानुसार टीसीएसमार्फत ही नोकरभरती प्रक्रिया राबविली जात आहे. टीसीएसला ब ते ड संवर्गातील पदभरतीचा अधिकार आहे. त्यामुळे मंजूर असूनही अ संवर्गातील ८२ डॉक्टरांच्या पदभरतीला अद्याप मुहूर्त सापडलेला नाही. भरतीसाठी टीसीएसमवेत मनपाने करार केल्यानंतर भरतीसाठी आवश्यक संगणकीय प्रणाली, पेमेंट गेटवे तयार करण्याचे काम प्रकल्प व्यवस्थापकाकडून (प्रोजेक्ट मॅनेजर) पूर्ण करण्यात आले आहे. टीसीएसच्या माध्यमातून भरती करताना एका उमेदवारासाठी ४७५ ते ६७५ रुपये शुल्क आकारले जाणार आहे. भरती प्रक्रियेची तयारी पूर्ण झाल्याने टीसीएस व मनपा अधिकाऱ्यांची संयुक्त बैठक सोमवारी पार पडली. यात आढावा घेण्यात आला असून, लवकरच भरतीची जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध केली जाणार आहे.

• महापालिकेच्या माध्यमातून पाच मोठ्या रुग्णालयांसह ३० शहरी आरोग्य सेवा केंद्रे चालविली जातात. येत्या काळात १०५ आरोग्य उपकेंद्रेही सुरू केली जाणार आहेत. शहर, परिसरातील वाढत्या लोकसंख्येमुळे महापालिकेच्या रुग्णालयांवरील ताणही वाढत आहे. मात्र डॉक्टरांच्या १८९ मंजूर पदांपकैी जेमतेम ६५ डॉक्टर कार्यरत असून, १२४ रिक्त पदांमुळे रुग्णसेवेत अडचणी येत आहेत. डॉक्टरांअभावी रुग्णांची हेळसांड होत आहे. आरोग्य-वैद्यकीय व अग्निशमन विभागातील नोकरभरतीला राज्य शासनाने मान्यता दिली आहे. नोकरभरतीसाठी महापालिकेने टीसीएस या कंपनीची नियुक्ती केली आहे. मात्र टीसीएसला अ संवर्गातील पदभरतीची परवानगी नाही. ब, क व ड संवर्गातील पदभरती प्रक्रियेची तयारी टीसीएसमार्फत सुरू आहे.
• डॉक्टरांची पदे ही अ संवर्गात मोडतात. त्यामुळे डॉक्टरांची भरती प्रक्रिया टीसीएसमार्फत करावी की, एमपीएससीमार्फत याबाबत महापालिका प्रशासनाने शासनाकडून मार्गदर्शन मागविले आहे. परंतु अद्यापही मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त होऊ शकलेले नाही. त्यामुळे तूर्त मानधनावर भरती प्रक्रिया राबविण्याचा निर्णय महापालिकेने घेतला आहे. डॉक्टरांची ५६, तर परिचारिकांची ४० पदे मानधनावर भरली जात आहेत. यासाठी अर्ज मार्गविले होते. पात्र अर्जदारांना मुलाखतीसाठी पाचारण केले होते. त्यात स्टाफनर्सच्या २० पदांसाठी ५१९ तर एएनएमच्या २० जागांसाठी ६९१ अर्ज आले असून त्यांची छाननी सध्या सुरू आहे.
• विशेषज्ञांच्या भरतीला अल्प प्रतिसाद – बीएएमएस तसेच परिचारिकांच्या भरतीसाठी इच्छुकांचा मोठा प्रतिसाद लाभला असला, तरी विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरांच्या भरतीला मात्र अत्यल्प प्रतिसाद लाभला. शल्य चिकित्सकांच्या दोन जागांसाठी दोन, फिजिशियनच्या चार जागांसाठी तीन, स्त्रीरोगतज्ज्ञांच्या पाच जागांसाठी सात, बालरोगतज्ज्ञांच्या पाच जागांसाठी पाच, क्ष किरण तज्ज्ञांच्या दोन जागांसाठी एक, ॲनेस्थेशियाच्या दोन जागांसाठी एक, नाक, कान, घसा तज्ज्ञांच्या दोन जागांसाठी एक, मानसोपचार तज्ज्ञांच्या एका जागेसाठी अवघ्या एका उमेदवाराची मुलाखत घेण्यात आली.

नाशिक महापालिका करणार ९६ कंत्राटी डाॅक्टरांची भरती

नाशिक महापालिका आरोग्य विभागातर्फे सहाही विभागांतील रुग्णालयात एकूण विविध संवर्गांतील ९६ डाॅक्टरांची कंत्राटी पद्धतीने भरती करणार असून, लवकरच त्यासाठी जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध करणार आहे. परंतु, या अगोदर अनेकदा जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध करूनही डाॅक्टर या भरतीकडे पाठ फिरवतात, असा अनुभव आहे. महापालिकेकडून तुटपुंजा मोबदला दिला जात असल्याने डाॅक्टर मनपाच्या रुग्णालयात सेवा देण्यास नकार देतात.

शहरात महानगरपालिकेचे पाच मोठी रुग्णालये असून, त्यात बिटको, डॉ. झाकिर हुसेन, इंदिरा गांधी रुग्णालय, श्रीस्वामी समर्थ रुग्णालय व तपाेवन यांचा समावेश आहे. या ठिकाणी उपचारासाठी नेहमी गर्दी असते. आरोग्य विभागात एकूण ९३३ पदे मंजूर असून, त्यापैकी तब्बल ४६३ पदे रिक्त आहेत. अवघ्या ४७० मनुष्यबळावर रुग्णालयाचे काम सुरू असून अतिरिक्त ताणामुळे सेवेवर परिणाम होत आहे. महापालिकेकडून तांत्रिक, आरोग्य व वैद्यकीय अशी ७०६ पदांची भरती केली जाणार होती. पण ‘अ’ संवर्गातील पदभरती ही महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत होते. त्यामुळे वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांची ८२ पदे वगळता आरोग्याची इतर पदे भरली जाणार आहेत.

पण, त्यासदेखील नवीन वर्ष उजाडण्याची चिन्हे आहेत. पण, सध्या अपुऱ्या मनुष्यबळावरच गाडा हाकताना मनपा आरोग्य विभागाची दमछाक होत आहे. त्यांनी सहा महिन्यांसाठी विविध संवर्गांतील ९६ डाॅक्टरांची पदे तातडीने भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला असून हा प्रस्ताव तातडीने आयुक्तांच्या मंजुरीसाठी पाठवला जाणार आहे. त्यांच्या वेतनावर सहा महिन्यांसाठी अडीच कोटी खर्च येणार असून, लवकरच जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध केली जाणार आहे.

• या भरती प्रक्रियेची सर्व जबाबदारी टीसीएस कंपनीला देण्यात आली आहे. महापालिका प्रशासनाकडून सर्वप्रथम आरोग्य, अग्निशमन या विभागातील ७०६ पदांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यात येणार आहे. ही भरती झाल्यानंतर उर्वरीत पदांच्या रिक्त जागा भरल्या जातील. यापूर्वी महानगरपालिकेने भरती प्रक्रियेसाठी राज्य शासनाकडे १४ हजार रिक्त जागांचा आकृतीबंध मंजुरीसाठी पाठवलेला होता. परंतु महापालिकेने पाठविलेल्या आकृतीबंधात अनेक त्रुटी आढळल्या होत्या. त्यामुळे एवढ्या मोठ्या प्रमाणात भरती केल्यावर पालिकेवरील आर्थिक ताण वाढेल आणि उत्पन्नापेक्षा खर्च अधिक अशी स्थिती निर्माण होईल, अशी चिंता व्यक्त केली गेली.
• त्यामुळे शासनाने हा आकृतीबंध पुन्हा महापालिकेला पाठवत त्रुटी दूर करुन नव्याने सादर करण्याच्या सूचना दिल्या होत्या. त्यानुसार अंतिम आकृतीबंध तयार करुन तो आयुक्तांना सादर करुन शासनाच्या नगररचना विभागाकडे अंतिम मंजुरीसाठी पाठवला जाईल. सध्या त्याची प्रक्रिया वेगात सुरू आहे. त्यामुळे लवकरच नाशिक महानगर पालिकडून २ हजारांहून अधिक पदांच्या भरतीची जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध केली जाईल.

Nashik Mahanagarpalika was published advertisement on 02/06/2023 for the post of Park Inspector (Remuneration) 07 under Parks and Tree Authority Department. For the said post Deadline for application was given till 13/06/2023. Since a large number of applications have been received for the said post, the work of scrutinizing the application is underway. When the Scrutiny Committee examined the candidates, at the end of the examination, the committee members decided that the candidates who have submitted their graduation documents are incomplete. It should be requested from them. Accordingly, the candidates who have submitted incomplete documents have been contacted and the documents related to graduation have been requested. Also the candidates who have graduated after the last date i.e. dt. Later passed on 13/06/2023. They will not be considered for the said recruitment process.

उद्यान व वृक्ष प्राधिकरण विभागाअंतर्गत उद्यान निरिक्षक ( मानधन ) ०७ पदाकरीता दि.०२/०६/२०२३ रोजी जाहिरात प्रसिध्द करण्यात आली होती. सदर पदाकरीता दि. १३/०६/२०२३ पर्यंत अर्ज करणेकरीता मुदत देण्यात आली होती. सदर पदाकरीता मोठया प्रमाणावर अर्ज प्राप्त झालेले असल्याने अर्जाची छाननी करण्याचे काम सुरु आहे. छाननी समितीने अजांची तपासणी केली असता तपासणी अंती समिती सदस्यांनी असा निर्णय घेतला कि, ज्या उमेदवारांनी पदवी उत्तीर्ण बाबतची कागदपत्रे अपुर्ण दिली आहे. त्यांचेकडुन ती मागवुन घेण्यात यावी. त्यानुसार कागदपत्रे अपुर्ण देणा-या उमेदवारांशी संपर्क करुन पदवी उत्तीर्ण बाबतची कागदपत्रे मागवुन घेण्यात आली आहे. तसेच ज्या उमेदवारांनी पदवी अंतिम तारखेनंतर म्हणजेच दि. १३/०६/२०२३ रोजी नंतर उत्तीर्ण केली आहे. त्यांचा विचार सदर भरती प्रक्रियेकरीता केला जाणार नाही.

तसेच जाहिरात प्रसिध्द करतांना अर्जाच्या नमुन्यावर जात व प्रवर्ग रकाना उपलब्ध करुन द्यावयाचा राहिला होता. सदर रकाना दोन दिवसानंतर उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आला. त्यामुळे रकाना उपलब्ध करुन देणेपुर्वी ज्या उमेदवारांनी अर्ज सादर केला त्यांचेकडुन जात व प्रवर्ग नमुद करण्याचे राहुन गेले. ज्यामुळे काही उमेदवारांनी अर्ज कोणत्या संवर्ग (Category ) मधुन केला हे दिसुन येत नाही. यामुळे उमेदवारांनी त्यांना कोणत्या संवर्ग (Category ) मधुन अर्ज करावयाचा आहे याची कागदपत्रे सादर करावी. तसेच ज्या उमेदवारांनी अर्जावर जात व प्रवर्ग नमुद केले परंतु कागदपत्रे जोडली नाही किंवा संवर्ग (Category) बाबतची कागदपत्रे जोडली परंतु अर्जावर जात व प्रवर्ग नमुद केले नाही अशा उमेदवारांनी याबाबतची सर्व कागदपत्रे व माहिती ईकडील कार्यालयास सदर शुध्दिपत्रक प्रसिध्द झालेपासुन सात (०७) दिवसांत सादर करावी. ज्या उमेदवारांनी अर्ज सादर करतांना अर्जावर जात व प्रवर्ग नमुद केले आहे व सोबत कागदपत्रे जोडली आहे त्यांनी कागदपत्रे पुनश्च सादर करावयाची आवश्यकता नाही. उमेदवारांमार्फत कागदपत्रे प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर त्यांची छाननी करुन पात्र होणाऱ्या उमेदवारांची यादी व मुलाखतीची तारीख मनपाचे संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिध्द करण्यात येईल. उमेदवारांनी मनपा संकेतस्थळावर वेळोवेळी भेट दयावी.

Nashik Mahanagarpalika Bharti 2023 update – The previous establishment of Nashik Municipal Corporation is 7,092 posts. After that, the state government has allowed to fill the posts in the fire department and medical department during the Corona period. Accordingly 7,717 posts are sanctioned at present. Currently 2,800 posts are vacant due to retirement reasons. Tata Consultant Services has started the recruitment process for the posts of fire and medical services allowed by the state government during the covid period.

नाशिक महापालिका बिंदू नामावलीचा प्रस्ताव विभागीय आयुक्तांच्या कोर्टात

महापालिकेच्या सेवाप्रवेश नियमावलीला मंजुरी मिळाली असून, त्याअनुषंगाने विविध संवर्गातील पदांचा सुधारित आकृतिबंध तयार करण्याचे काम हाती घेण्यात आले आहे. एकूण संवर्गातील विविध प्रकारच्या १३ संवर्गातील पदांच्या बिंदू नामावलीचा प्रस्ताव विभागीय आयुक्तांच्या मान्यतेसाठी सादर करण्यात आला आहे.

• महापालिका ‘क’ संवर्गातून ‘ब’ संवर्गात समाविष्ट करण्यात आली आहे. परंतु ‘ब’ संवर्गात समाविष्ट करताना विविध पदांचा आकृतिबंध अद्याप मंजूर करण्यात आलेला नाही. जुन्या संवर्गातील पदानुसारच अद्यापही काम सुरू आहे. ‘क’ संवर्गातील आस्थापना परिशिष्टानुसारच ‘ब’ संवर्गात पदे कार्यरत आहे.
• पूर्वीचा आस्थापना परिशिष्ट सात हजार ९२ पदांचा आहे. त्यानंतर राज्य शासनाने कोरोना कालावधीमध्ये अग्निशमन व वैद्यकीय विभागातील पदे भरण्यास परवानगी दिली आहे. त्याअनुषंगाने सद्यःस्थितीत सात हजार ७१७ पदे मंजूर आहेत. निवृत्तीसाठी कारणांमुळे सध्या २८०० पदे रिक्त आहेत. कोविडकाळात राज्य शासनाने परवानगी दिलेल्या अग्निशमन व वैद्यकीय सेवेतील पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया टाटा कन्सल्टंट सर्व्हिसेसमार्फत राबविण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरू झाली आहे.
• रिक्त पदांची भरती करण्यासाठी राज्य शासनाने महापालिकेला सेवा व प्रवेश नियमावली मंजूर करण्याच्या सूचना दिल्या होत्या. त्याअनुषंगाने दोन महिन्यापूर्वी महासभेने मंजुरी दिली. त्याचबरोबर ‘ब’ संवर्गानुसार सुधारित आकृतिबंध मंजुरीसाठी तीन महिन्यांच्या आत सादर करण्याच्यादेखील सूचना दिल्या. प्रशासनाकडून शासनाला आकृतिबंध सादर केला जाणार आहे.
• त्यापूर्वी बिंदू नामावलीला मंजुरी द्यावयाच्या शिल्लक तेरा संवर्गाचा प्रस्ताव विभागीय आयुक्तांना सादर करण्यात आला आहे. विभागीय आयुक्तांकडून बिंदू नामावलीला मंजुरी मिळाल्यास भरतीसाठी उपलब्ध असलेल्या एकूण पदांपैकी ४४ पदांमध्ये वाढ होईल. महापालिकेतील मंजूर आस्थापना परिशिष्टानुसार २१० संवर्ग आहे. सुधारित आकृती बंध तयार झाल्यानंतर संवर्गांची संख्या वाढणार आहे. तर गंगा पट्टेवाले संवर्ग सफाई कर्मचाऱ्यांमध्ये समाविष्ट होईल , तसेच वॉचमन ही पदेदेखील सुरक्षा रक्षक संवर्गात समाविष्ट होणार आहे.
• लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत डॉक्टर भरती :
  
• अग्निशमन व वैद्यकीय संवर्गातील एकूण सातशे चार पदांपैकी ‘ब’ संवर्गातील ५८७ पदे आउट सोर्सिंगच्या माध्यमातून भरली जाणार आहे. त्यासाठी नाशिक महापालिकेकडून टाटा कन्सल्टन्सी सर्व्हिसेस या संस्थेची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे. जुलैच्या अखेरपासून भरती प्रक्रियेला सुरवात होण्याची शक्यता आहे.
• मात्र वैद्यकीय विभागातील डॉक्टर या पदासह अन्य काही संवर्गातील एकूण ८४ पदे ही ‘अ’ संवर्गातील असल्याने अशी पदे राज्य लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत भरती केली जाणार आहे. यापूर्वी राज्य शासनाकडून मार्गदर्शन मागविण्यात आले आहे.
