Associate Position for Retired Executives in Engineering

• Associate Position for Retired Executives from PSUs/Govt. Organisations/Organisations of repute for Engineering
• Required Qualification: Degree in Engineering
• Required Experience profile: Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Engineering areas of Pre & Post-award Engineering for thermal capacity addition, Engineering Audit, Digitalization of Engineering & QA processes, Energy Transition, Nuclear Energy and Storage Technologies. The candidate must have retired at E9 level equivalent of NTPC.

Associate Position for Retired Executives at HR-WR-II

• Associate Position for Retired Executives from PSUs/Govt. Organisations/Organisations of repute
• Required Qualification: Graduate, Candidates with MBA qualification will be preferred.
• Required Experience profile: Experience in SAP ERP HR Module, Processing of Salary, Tax, RPFC payments etc., Processing HR related billing works, HR employee benefits, Loans & advances processing, Secretarial Assistance for Senior Executives, Liasioning with EPFO offices. Having experience of working at Stations/ Corporate Office/ Unified Shared Service Centres, Candidates with stenography skills will be preferred. The candidate must have retired at E4 level equivalent of NTPC.

• Upper age limit: 64 Years

Candidates for the post of Assistant Executive of ‘NTPC’ should have passed Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree. Also the candidate must have at least one year of experience in the field after graduation. Candidates who meet these qualifications can apply for this post. The age of eligible candidate for this post is should be within 35 years on 08 February 2024. Also for this recruitment as per the government rules, maximum age relaxation of 05 years has been given to backward class candidates, and 03 years age relaxation to OBC category candidates.
