For appointment of vacant posts of Primary Health Centre and Rural / Sub-District Medical Officer under The Health Department of Dharashiv District as Contractual Medical Officer, MBBS Degree / Post Graduate Qualification / BAMS candidates will be appointed through direct application on 19th January 2024 at 10.00 am. कळंब : तब्बल पावणेदोन लाख लोकसंख्येच्या आरोग्याचा भार असलेल्या कळंब तालुक्यातील जि. प. च्या आरोग्य संस्थात ५० रिक्त पदे आहेत. जिल्ह्यातील लोकप्रतिनिधींकडे राज्याच्या आरोग्य खात्याची धुरा आल्याने आरोग्य यंत्रणेला लागलेले हे ग्रहण आता तरी सुटेल, अशी अपेक्षा तालुकावासीयांमधून व्यक्त केली जात आहे.

कळंब तालुक्यातील ग्रामीण आरोग्याचा भार हा संपूर्णतः जिल्हा परिषदेच्या आरोग्य विभागाच्या खांद्यावर आहे. ग्रामीण भागात समांतर अशा खासगी आरोग्य सुविधांनी बळ पकडले नसल्याने आजच्या स्थितीत तरी जि.प.च्या आरोग्य यंत्रणेवरच निर्भर राहावे लागत आहे. तालुक्यात सध्या जिपचे तालुका आरोग्य अधिकारी कार्यालय व त्याअंतर्गत इटकूर, मोहा, मंगरूळ, येरमाळा, दहिफळ व शिराढोण येथे प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्र, तर २८ ठिकाणी आरोग्य उपकेंद्र कार्यरत आहेत.

तुळजापूर तालुक्यातील सावरगाव प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्रात सध्या शिपायासह आरोग्य सेविकांच्या देखील काही जागा रिक्त आहेत. यामुळे कामकाजात विस्कळीतपणा येथे आहे. सावरगाव आरोग्य केंद्रांतर्गत २१ गावे येतात. शिवाय , सहा उपकेंद्रे चालविली जातात. आरोग्य केंद्रात शिपायाच्या ६ जागा  असून, सध्या दोन शिपायांवर साफसफाईसह अन्य कामांचा भार आहे. शिवाय,  आरोग्य सेविकांच्या तीन जागा मागील वर्षाभरापासून रिक्त आहेत. सध्या कार्यरत असलेल्या दोन शिपायापैकी एकजणाची मे महिन्यात सेवानिवृत्ती आहे. त्यामुळे यानंतर एकाच शिपायावर कामाचा ताण पडणार आहे.
