PCMC Education Department has decided to fill 105 Data Entry Operators on contract basis to carry out administrative work. The education department of the municipality is implementing various activities for improving the quality of students. However, at present, teachers have to do various tasks like sending various reports to the government, municipality, filling the data of students online for set approval, filling the information of medical examination, saving all the data of the students including keeping the information about sports, filling the information in excel seat on the computer etc. Therefore, instead of teaching students, teachers are spending more time in administrative and other activities. Due to this, teachers are neglecting the education of children. This (PCMC) is directly affecting the quality of students. Considering this, the Education Department of the Municipal Corporation has decided to fill 105 Data Entry Operators on contract basis to carry out administrative work. PCMC : 105 डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटरची भरती

प्रशासकीय कामकाज करण्यासाठी (PCMC) महापालिकेच्या शिक्षण विभागाने 105 डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर कंत्राटी पध्दतीने भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. पालिकेचा शिक्षण विभाग विद्यार्थ्यांच्या गुणवत्तावाढीसाठी विविध उपक्रम राबवत आहे. मात्र, सध्या शिक्षकांना शासन, पालिकेला विविध अहवाल पाठविणे, संच मान्यतेसाठी विद्यार्थ्यांचा डाटा ऑनलाइन भरणे, वैद्यकीय तपासणीची माहिती भरणे, क्रीडा विषय माहिती ठेवणे यासह विद्यार्थ्यांचा सर्व डाटा जतन करणे, संगणकावर एक्‍सेल सीटमध्ये माहिती भरणे यासह आदी विविध कामे करावी लागत आहेत. त्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकविण्याऐवजी प्रशासकीय आणि इतर कामकाजात शिक्षकांचा जास्त वेळ जात आहे. यामुळे शिक्षकांचे मुलांच्या शिक्षणाकडे दुर्लक्ष होत आहे. याचा (PCMC) परिणाम थेट विद्यार्थ्यांच्या गुणवत्तेवर होत आहे. याचा विचार करून प्रशासकीय कामकाज करण्यासाठी महापालिकेच्या शिक्षण विभागाने 105 डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर कंत्राटी पध्दतीने भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.

Deputy Commissioner of Education Department Sandeep Khot said, teachers are spending valuable time for various tasks, such as, sending various reports to the government, municipality, filling the data of students online for batch approval, filling the information of medical examination, saving all the data of the students including keeping the information about sports, filling the information in the excel seat on the computer etc. Hence, considering this, 105 Data Entry Operators will be filled on contract basis for all schools of the municipality. पिंपरी चिंचवड पालिकेच्या सर्व शाळांसाठी डाटा इंट्री ऑपरेटची भरती

1. पिंपरी – पिंपरी-चिंचवड महापालिकेच्या शाळांमधील शिक्षकांना विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकविण्याऐवजी इतर प्रशासकीय कामकाज, शासनाला, पालिकेला विविध माहिती पाठविणे, ही माहिती टाइप करून देणे, अशा विविध कामांसाठी जास्त वेळ जात आहे. त्यामुळे यावर उपाय योजना करण्यासाठी महापालिकेच्या शिक्षण विभागाने पाऊले उचलण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे. .
2. पालिकेच्या सर्व शाळांसाठी 105 डाटा इंट्री ऑपरेटर कंत्राटी पध्दतीने भरण्यात येणार आहेत. पिंपरी-चिंचवड महापालिकेच्या मराठी, हिंदी, इंग्रजी आणि उर्दू माध्यमांच्या एकूण 105 प्राथमिक तर 18 माध्यमिक शाळा आहेत. या शाळांमध्ये 42 हजार पेक्षा जास्त विद्यार्थी शिक्षण घेत आहेत. विद्यार्थी संख्या मोठी असताना पालिकेच्या शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकविण्यासाठी शिक्षकांची संख्या कमी आहे. त्यामुळे दोन महिन्यापूर्वी पालिकेने सुमारे अडीचशे कंत्राटी शिक्षकांची भरती केली. एकीकडे पालिकेचा शिक्षण विभाग विद्यार्थ्यांच्या गुणवत्तावाढीसाठी विविध उपक्रम राबवत आहे. मात्र, सध्या शिक्षकांना शासन, पालिकेला विविध अहवाल पाठविणे, संच मान्यतेसाठी विद्यार्थ्यांचा डाटा ऑनलाइन भरणे, वैद्यकीय तपासणीची माहिती भरणे, क्रीडा विषय माहिती ठेवणे यासह विद्यार्थ्यांचा सर्व डाटा जतन करणे, संगणकावर एक्‍सेल सीटमध्ये माहिती भरणे यासह आदी विविध कामे करावी लागत आहेत. त्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकविण्याऐवजी प्रशासकीय आणि इतर कामकाजात शिक्षकांचा जास्त वेळ जात आहे. यामुळे शिक्षकांचे मुलांच्या शिक्षणाकडे दुर्लक्ष होत आहे. याचा परिणाम थेट विद्यार्थ्यांच्या गुणवत्तेवर होत आहे. याचा विचार करून प्रशासकीय कामकाज करण्यासाठी महापालिकेच्या शिक्षण विभागाने आता 105 डाटा इंन्ट्री ऑपरेटर कंत्राटी पध्दतीने भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
3. याबाबत शिक्षण विभागाचे उपायुक्त संदीप खोत म्हणाले, शिक्षकांचा विविध कामांसाठी बहुमूल्य असा वेळ जात आहे. याचा विचार करून पालिकेच्या सर्व शाळांसाठी 105 डाटा इंन्ट्री ऑपरेटर कंत्राटी पध्दतीने भरण्यात येणार आहेत. यामुळे शिक्षकांना विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकविण्यासाठी आणि त्यांना घडविण्यासाठी जास्तीत-जास्त वेळ देता येणार आहे.
