Ratnagiri Police Bharti latest updates is here. The recruitment process for 135 posts of Police constable in Ratnagiri has been completed recently. District Superintendent of Police Dhananjay Kulkarni informed in a press conference on Friday that 130 people have been selected and these new police constables will be given appointment letters from 1st June 2023. Written exam was conducted for 135 posts in Ratnagiri. Physical test was conducted for the passed candidates. Medical test has also been conducted for those who have succeeded in this. In all this process 131 people were selected. However, one of the candidates was disqualified due to some reason. The appointment letters will be given to the remaining 130 selected persons from June 1. Superintendent of Police Kulkarni also informed that 19 local candidates are included in this.

रत्नागिरी पोलीस दलात १३० कर्मचाऱ्यांची भरती, १ जूनपासून नियुक्तीपत्रे देणार

1. रत्नागिरीतपोलिस शिपाई पदाच्या १३५ जागांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया नुकतीच पूर्ण झाली आहे. यातून १३० जणांची निवड झाली असून या नवीन पोलिस शिपायांना १ जूनपासून नियुक्तीपत्रे देण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती जिल्हा पोलिस अधीक्षक धनंजय कुलकर्णी यांनी शुक्रवारी पत्रकार परिषदेत दिली.
2. रत्नागिरीत १३५ पदांसाठी लेखी परीक्षा घेण्यात आली होती. यात उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या उमेदवारांची शारीरिक चाचणी घेण्यात आली. यात यशस्वी झालेल्यांची आता वैद्यकीय चाचणीही घेण्यात आली आहे. या सर्व प्रक्रियेत १३१ जणांची निवड करण्यात आली होती. मात्र, त्यापैकी एक उमेदवार काही कारणास्तव अपात्र ठरला. उर्वरित निवड झालेल्या १३० जणांना आता नियुक्तीपत्रे येत्या १ जूनपासून देण्यात येणार आहेत. यात स्थानिक १९ उमेदवारांचा समावेश असल्याची माहितीही यावेळी पोलिस अधीक्षक कुलकर्णी यांनी दिली.
3. ते म्हणाले, या भरतीत अधिकाधिक स्थानिक तरुणांना प्राधान्य मिळावे, यासाठी इथल्या माहितीवर आधारित १०० गुणांची लेखी परीक्षा घेण्यात आली होती. मात्र, यातही इथले स्थानिक उमेदवार कमी पडले. त्यांची तयारी झालेली नसल्याने इथल्या भागावर आधारित प्रश्नांची उत्तरे त्यांना देता आली नाहीत. त्याचप्रमाणे फिजिकलमध्येही ही मुले मागे पडली. गणिताची तयारीही झाली नसल्याने या मुलांना यातही गुण कमी पडले. त्यामुळे या भरतीत स्थानिक मुले कमी आली. स्थानिक मुलांना संधी मिळावी, म्हणून या भरती प्रक्रियेत इथल्या परिस्थितीवर आधारित, इथल्या नद्यांची, तसेच अन्य माहिती विचारण्यात आली होती. मात्र, तरीही इथली मुले कमी पडल्याची खंत यावेळी पोलिस अधीक्षक धनंजय कुलकर्णी यांनी व्यक्त केली.
4. १३० नवीन पोलिस शिपाई यांची भरती होणार असल्याने आता जिल्हा पोलिस दलाच्या मनुष्यबळात अधिक वाढ होणार आहे. सध्या सुमारे १५०० पर्यंत पोलिस शिपाई आहेत. त्यात वाढ झाली असल्याचे पोलिस अधीक्षक यांनी सांगितले. तसेच अजूनही काही रिक्त पदे आहेत, त्यासाठीही भरती प्रक्रिया होणार आहे. त्यामुळे अन्य रिक्त पदेही भरली जातील, असेही ते म्हणाले.
