Ph.D in continuation of post graduation will be preferred(This period shall be counted in experience).
3 Assistant General Manager/Chief Manager – HR 01 The candidate should be a graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP in Human Resource with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 16 years of post qualification work experience in the Human Resource Management. Degree in Law is desirable.  Post Qualification Experience will be 14 years for Chief Manager – HR
4 Assistant General Manager – Security Surveillance Group 01 The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics and Communication engineering.  He/she should have 16 years post qualification work experience in the field of Project management, Business development, IT & Telecommunication, Data center, Video conferencing, Security, Surveillance, and System Integration etc.
5 Assistant General Manager (Product Development) 01 The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics and Communication engineering.  He/she should have 16 years of post qualification experience in the field of design and development of Safety equipment, understanding of regulatory and Industry standards preferably for safety electronic systems for railways.
