- Applicants to this posts must be Graduate from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programme in Management(PGDM/ PGPM) from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Also applicants must have at least 5 year of posts qualification.
- Applicants age should be complete with 45 year and age should not be exceeding than 60 years.
