| 1. Publication Assistant | Graduation or equivalent/ Diploma in Printing or five years’ experience in a printing press or a publishing house or a Government undertaking concerned with book publishing. |
| 2. Sales cum Exhibition Assistant | Graduation or equivalent qualification/ Three years’ experience in a publishing house or a distribution agency of repute or a Govt. undertaking concerned with book publishing |
| 3. Technical Assistant | Graduation or equivalent qualification/ Diploma in Book Publishing/ Knowledge of various processes of printing and book publishing. |
| 4. Proof Reader cum General Assistant | Graduation or equivalent qualification/ 2 years’ experience as Proof Reader |
| 5. Receptionist cum Telephone Operator | Graduation or equivalent qualification/ Should have proficiency in Hindi and English and two years’ experience in operating EPABX system of latest technology. |
