SMART Project Pune Bharti 2025- Eligibility Criteria

| 1. Associate (Access to Finance) |
Graduate in Commerce/Agriculture & allied field with MBA or equivalent /Graduate in ABM. Minimum 20 years experience in banking and finance out of which 3 years in Entrepreneurship Development or related work. Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in World Bank or externally aided project. |
| 2. Associate – Mechanical |
Graduate in Agriculture Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years’ experience of which 2 years in Post Harvest Technology in agriculture in public or private sector. Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in World Bank or externally aided project. |
| 3. Associate (Procurement) |
Any Graduate with certificate in procurement procedure for World Bank or externally funded projects. Minimum 04 years experience of which 3 years in procurement /procurement audit in Co-operative / Government / Private / NGO sector. Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in World Bank or externally aided project. |
| 4. Accountant |
B.Com, with Computerised Accounting Course in Tally with MSCIT. Minimum 02 years experience of which 1 year in Accounting with Tally Software. Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in World Bank or externally aided project and having good typing skill of English & Marathi. |
| 5. Assistant |
Graduate with MSCIT, English 40wpm & Marathi 30wpm typing speed certificate. Minimum 02 years experience in office assistance |
| 6. Computer Operator |
Graduate with MSCIT, English 40wpm & Marathi 30wpm typing speed certificate. Minimum 02 years experience as computer operator and office work |
