STQC Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria | |
| 1. Joint Director | From amongst Officers of the Central Government/State Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with five years of regular service in posts in Level – 11 in the pay matrix (Rs. 67,700- 2,08,700/-) or equivalent |
| 2. Deputy Director | From amongst Officers of the Central Government/State Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with five years of regular service in posts in Level – 9 in the pay matrix (Rs. 53,100- 1,67,800/-) or equivalent |
| 3. Administrative Officer | Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government or State Government – (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) Personal Assistant in Level-6 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400) with five years of regular service in the grade or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. |
| 4. Assistant Section Officer | Officers of the Central Government or State Government – (ii) holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) Senior Secretarial Assistant in level 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-81,100) with ten years of regular service in the grade. |
| 5. Senior Secretariat Assistant | From amongst those holding analogous posts in a regular basis in other Ministries or Departments of Government of India or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertaking |
