आरोग्य विभागातील क वर्गातील पदांच्या भरतीबाबत शासनाने आदेश काढले आहेत. त्यानुसार 2019 मध्ये ज्या पदांसाठी अर्ज मागावले होते, त्याच जागा भरल्या जातील. याबाबत जिल्हा निवड समितीला ते अधिकार असतील.

जिल्हा परिषदेच्या आरोग्य विभागातील क वर्ग कर्मचारी पदे भरती करण्याच्या हालचाली सुरू झाल्या आहेत. ग्रामविकास मंत्रालयाने या संवर्गातील नवीन आकृतीबंध तयार करून शासनाला सादर करण्याच्या सूचना केल्या आहेत. त्यामुळे नगर जिल्हा परिषदेतही आरोग्य विभागाचे 582 पदे भरण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे. दिवसेंदिवस जिल्ह्यातील लोकसंख्या वाढत असून, तसे आरोग्य विभागातील अनेक कर्मचारीही निवृत्त होत आहेत. परिणामी, रिक्त जागाही वाढत्या आहेत. त्यातून प्रशासकीय कामावर परिणाम होताना दिसून येतो. वास्तविकतः राज्य सरकारने क वर्गातील औषध निर्माता, आरोग्य सेवक महिला व पुरुष, आरोग्य पर्यवेक्षक, प्रयोगशाळा तंत्रज्ञ या पाच संवर्गातील रिक्त जागांची भरती करण्यासाठी 2019 मध्ये एजन्सी नेमली होती. नगर जिल्ह्यामध्येही 582 पदांसाठी अर्ज मागावले होते. परंतु कोरोना आणि तांत्रिक अडचणींनी ही भरती झाली नाही. आता मात्र शासनाने नव्याने आदेश काढून ही भरती करण्याच्या सूचना केल्या आहेत. शिवाय जिल्हा परिषद स्तरावरील निवड समितीलाच भरतीचे अधिकार देण्यात आले आहेत. शासनाकडून लवकरच याबाबत मार्गदर्शक सूचना मिळणार आहेत. 2019 मध्ये अर्ज केलेल्यांचीच परीक्षा घेण्यात येईल, असेही सांगण्यात आले आहे.
