मंगळवेढा तालुक्यातील पंचायत समिती प्रशासकीय विभागाय 213 जागा रिक्त – ZP Solapur Bharti 2024

There are 213 vacancies in education department, health department, veterinary department, gram panchayat department and construction department under Mangalwedha Panchayat Samiti. Additional posts in the education and health departments are vacant. The senior department has been informed about this from time to time. The seats will be filled as per government norms. The Panchayat Samiti acts as a link between the Gram Panchayat and the Zilla Parishad. The education department, health department, veterinary department, construction department and village panchayat department, which comes under the administration department of the taluka, are run by the taluka panchayat committees. But the reality is that the administrative department of the taluka has become weak due to vacant posts in education, health, veterinary, construction and gram panchayat administrations falling under Mangalwedha Panchayat Samiti. The recruitment of 213 employees from various departments is incomplete.

पंचायत समिती ही ग्रामपंचायत व जिल्हा परिषदेच्या मध्ये दुवा म्हणून काम करते. तालुक्यातील प्रशासन विभागात येणाऱ्या शिक्षण विभाग, आरोग्य विभाग,पशुवैद्यकीय विभाग, बांधकाम विभाग व गावचा गाडा हाकणारी ग्रामपंचाय विभागाचे प्रमुख कारभार तालुका पंचायत समित्यांमधून चालते. पण मंगळवेढा पंचायत समिती अंतर्गत येणाऱ्या शिक्षण, आरोग्य,पशुवैद्यकीय, बांधकाम आणि ग्रामपंचायत प्रशासनातील रिक्त पदांमुळे तालुक्यातील प्रशासकीय विभाग दुबळा झाल्याचे वास्तव आहे. विविध विभागावातील 213 कर्मचाऱ्यांची भरती अपूर्ण आहे.
दरम्यान चालू वर्ष निवडणुकांचे वर्ष असणार आहे. लोकसभा त्यापाठोपाठ विधानसभा,नगरपालिका तसेच स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांच्या निवडणुकीत हे वर्ष जाणार आहे. त्यामुळे अपुऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांमुळे कार्यरत त्या त्या विभागातील कर्मचाऱ्यांवर अतिरिक्त कामाचा ताण जाणवणार आहे. शिक्षण, आरोग्य व ग्रामपंचायत विभागात अपुरे कर्मचारी-तालुक्यातील शिक्षण विभागातील 139 जागा अपुऱ्या आहेत. त्यापाठोपाठ आरोग्य विभागातील 39 आणि ग्रामपंचायती मधील 8 जागा रिक्त आहेत. शिवाय तालुका पंचायत समिती मधील महत्वाच्या 23 जागा रिक्त आहेत. त्यामुळे नागरिकांना वेगवेगळ्या योजनांच्या माध्यमातून सेवा देताना हेळसांड होताना दिसत आहे. रिक्त जागांची वाळवी – शहर व 81 गावच्या प्रशासन व्यवस्थेचा बोजा वाहणाऱ्या तालुक्यातील प्रत्येक प्रशासकीय विभागाला रिक्त पदांची वाळवी लागली आहे. त्यातच अतिरिक्त कामाचा ताण,वैयक्तिक कामे, आरोग्य विषयक तक्रारी यांचे कारण पुढे करून कार्यरत कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या रजेमुळेही प्रशासकीय विभागातील कार्यालये व कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या खुर्च्या शोभेच्या बाहुल्या बनून उभ्या असतात. याचा नाहक त्रास नागरिकांना सेवा प्रदान करताना होत आहे. त्यामुळे तालुक्यातील सर्वच प्रशासकीय विभागातील रिक्त पदे भरली जावीत अशी मागणी नागरीक करत आहेत.
