Poly Admission 2023-2024 – CAP round 3 details are given here. The first year admission process for Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) by Directorate of Technical Education is in final stage. The third one has been announced today and the students in the list have to take admission in the concerned institution by Monday (28th) with original documents and fees. If there are vacancies in the third round then the last round of counseling can be held at the institute level. This year the polytechnic admission process started from 1st June 2023. The third list of admitted students has been released on the website https://poly23.dtemaharashtra.gov.in of Directorate of Technical Education. After not getting the preferred course and institution in the first two rounds, the students kept their eyes on the third list. This year also the courses like Computer, Electronics, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical have seen more preference. Those who have got a place in the list will have to decide the online admission by the end of Monday. After that they can appear in the concerned institution by the end of Tuesday.

पॉलिटेक्निक प्रवेश प्रक्रिया; तिसरी यादी जाहीर

तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयातर्फे पदविका अभियांत्रिकी (पॉलिटेक्निक) प्रथम वर्ष प्रवेश प्रक्रिया अंतिम टप्प्यात आहे. आज तिसरी जाहीर झाली असून यादीतील विद्यार्थ्यांनी सोमवार (ता. २८) अखेर संबधित संस्थेत मूळ कागदपत्रे आणि शुल्क घेऊन प्रवेश घ्यावयाचा आहे. तिसऱ्या फेरीत रिक्त जागा राहिल्यास संस्थास्तरावर शेवटची समुपदेशन फेरी होऊ शकेल. यंदा एक जूनपासून पॉलिटेक्निक प्रवेश प्रक्रिया सुरु झाली. तंत्रशिक्षण संचलानलयाच्या https://poly23.dtemaharashtra.gov.in या संकेतस्थळावर प्रवेश मिळालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांची तिसरी यादी जाहीर झाली. पहिल्या दोन फेऱ्यांत पसंतीचा अभ्यासक्रम आणि संस्था न मिळाल्याने विद्यार्थ्यांचे तिसऱ्या यादीकडे डोळे लागून राहिले होते. यंदाही कॉप्युटर, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, इलेक्ट्रिकल, सिव्हिल, मॅकेनिकल या अभ्यासक्रमांना अधिक पसंती दिसली. यादीत स्थान मिळालेल्यांना सोमवारअखेर ऑनलाईन प्रवेश निश्चित करावा लागणार आहे. त्यानंतर मंगळवारअखेर ते संबधित संस्थेत हजेरी देऊ शकतात.

7th July 2023 was given as the deadline to apply for the admission process which started before the declaration of class 10 results. So far more than one and a half lakh students have registered in this admission process. Taking into account the delay in getting the caste certificate, non-crimelayer certificate, income certificate, the students have now been given an opportunity till the second round to submit the documents, according to the director in charge of technical education directorate. Vinod Mohitkar has given. Therefore, the deadline has been extended for the online applications for admission to diploma courses in technical institutes conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education. Now the application can be applied till July 15, and the revised schedule for the next three rounds has been announced.

तंत्रनिकेतन प्रवेशांसाठी १५ जुलैपर्यंत मुदतवाढ; तीन फेऱ्यांचे सुधारित वेळापत्रक प्रसिद्ध

तंत्रशिक्षण संचलनालयातर्फे सुरु असलेल्या तंत्रनिकेतनांतील पदविका अभ्यासक्रम प्रवेश ऑनलाइन अर्जांसाठी मुदतवाढ देण्यात आली आहे. त्यानुसार आता १५ जुलैपर्यंत अर्ज करता येणार असून, पुढील तीन फेऱ्यांचे सुधारित वेळापत्रक जाहीर करण्यात आले आहे. तंत्रशिक्षण संचलनालयातर्फे तंत्रनिकेतनांतील पदविका अभ्यासक्रमाची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया राबविण्यात येत आहे. या अभ्यासक्रमासाठी राज्यभरात एक लाखाहून अधिक जागा आहेत.

दहावीचा निकाल जाहीर होण्याअगोदर सुरु झालेली प्रवेश प्रक्रियेत अर्ज करण्यासाठी ७ जुलैची मुदत देण्यात आली होती. आतापर्यंत या प्रवेश प्रक्रियेत दीड लाखांहून अधिक विद्यार्थ्यांनी नोंदणी केली आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांना जातीचे प्रमाणपत्र, नॉन क्रिमीलेअर प्रमाणपत्र, उत्पन्नाचे प्रमाणपत्र मिळण्यास होणारा उशीर विचारात घेऊन कागदपत्रे सादर करण्यास आता दुसऱ्या फेरीपर्यंत संधी देण्यात आल्याची माहिती तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयाचे प्रभारी संचालक डॉ. विनोद मोहितकर यांनी दिली आहे.

1. सुधारित वेळापत्रकानुसार १५ जुलैपर्यंत ऑनलाइन अर्ज भरून कागदपत्र पडताळणी आणि अर्ज निश्चिती करता येईल.
2. तात्पुरती गुणवत्ता यादी १७ जुलैला जाहीर करण्यात येईल.
3. १८ आणि १९ जुलैला यादीवर आक्षेप, हरकती नोंदवता येतील.
4. २१ जुलैला अंतिम गुणवत्ता यादी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येईल.
5. केंद्रीभूत प्रवेश प्रक्रियेत २३ ते २६ जुलै दरम्यान विद्यार्थ्यांना तंत्रनिकेतनांचे पसंतीक्रम भरता येतील.
6. २८ जुलैला तात्पुरते जागा वाटप करण्यात येईल.
7. २९ जुलै ते ३ ऑगस्ट या कालावधीत विद्यार्थ्यांना जागेची स्वीकृती करावी लागेल. त्
8. यानंतर २९ जुलै ते ४ ऑगस्ट या कालावधीत संस्थेत प्रवेश घ्यायचा आहे.
9. केंद्रीभूत प्रवेशाच्या दुसऱ्या फेरीत ५ ऑगस्टला जागा जाहीर केल्या जातील.
10. ६ ते ८ ऑगस्ट या कालावधीत विद्यार्थ्यांना पसंतीक्रम भरावा लागेल.
11. १० ऑगस्टला तात्पुरते जागा वाटप करण्यात येईल.
12. ११ ते १६ ऑगस्ट या कालावधीत विद्यार्थ्यांना जागेची स्वीकृती करावी लागेल,
13. तसेच ११ ते १७ ऑगस्ट या कालावधीत मिळालेल्या तंत्रनिकेतनात प्रवेश निश्चित करावा लागेल.

For admission under various reservations, students are required to submit caste certificate, income proof, non criminal certificate along with the admission form while filling the admission form and at the time of verification. But, there is a delay in getting such a document. Moreover, students were also facing difficulties in filling the online application form. Considering all these things, the Directorate of Technical Education had extended the application submission and examination process till the end of June i.e. 30th June. However, there is a delay in getting the colleges recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Moreover, due to various difficulties in the application process due to lack of documents from the students, the Technical Education Department has once again extended the application date. Therefore, as per the new date announced by the Technical Education Department, the students are now allowed to fill the admission form till 7th July 2023.

इंजिनिअरिंग डिप्लोमाच्या प्रवेशाला मुदतवाढ; विद्यार्थ्यांना ७ जुलैपर्यंत भरता येणार प्रवेश अर्ज

दहावीनंतर तंत्रज्ञान विश्वातील शिक्षणासाठी डिप्लोमा हा एक उत्तम पर्याय विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी उपलब्ध आहे. त्यामुळे डिप्लोमा प्रवेशाला विद्यार्थ्यांचाही उत्तम प्रतिसाद मिळतो. महाराष्ट्रात यंदा इंजिनिअरिंग डिप्लोमासाठी एकूण ३७५ संस्थामध्ये मिळून साधारणपणे १ लाख जागा उपलब्ध आहेत.या जागांसाठी, १ जूनपासून ऑनलाइन अर्ज भरण्याची आणि पडताळणीची सुरुवात झाली होती. २१ जून ही अर्ज सादर करण्याची आणि तपासणीची अंतिम तारीख होती. परंतु, विविध अडचणींमुळे, दिलेल्या वेळेत विद्यार्थ्यांकडून अर्ज सादर न झाल्यामुळे तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयाने हा महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय घेतला होता.

विविध आरक्षणांअंतर्गत प्रवेश मिळवण्यासाठी, विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेश अर्ज भरताना आणि पडताळणीच्या वेळी जातीचे प्रमाणपत्र, उत्पन्नाचा दाखला, नॉन क्रिमिलेअर प्रमाणपत्र प्रवेश अर्जासोबत सादर करणे अनिवार्य असते. परंतु, अशी कागदपत्र मिळवण्यासाठी विलंब होत आहे. शिवाय, ऑनलाइन अर्ज भरण्यासाठीही विद्यार्थ्यांना अडचणी येत होत्या. या सगळ्या गोष्टींचा विचार करून तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयाने अर्ज सादर आणि तपासणी करण्याच्या प्रक्रियेला जून महिन्याच्या अखेरपर्यंत म्हणजेच, ३० जूनपर्यंत मुदतवाढ दिली होती. मात्र, अखिल भारतीय तंत्र शिक्षण परिषदेकडून (एआयसीटीई) कॉलेजांना मान्यता मिळण्यास विलंब होत आहे. शिवाय, विद्यार्थ्यांकडील कागदपत्रांअभावी अर्ज भरण्याच्या प्रक्रियेत विविध अडचणी येत असल्यामुळे, तंत्रशिक्षण विभागाने अर्ज करण्याच्या तारखेत पुन्हा एकदा मुदतवाढ केली आहे. त्यामुळे, तंत्र शिक्षण विभागाने जाहीर केलेल्या नवीन तारखेनुसार विद्यार्थ्यांना आता ७ जुलैपर्यंत प्रवेश अर्ज भरण्याची मुभा देण्यात आली आहे.

डिप्लोमा प्रवेश प्रक्रियेच्या सुधारीत वेळापत्रकानुसार,

• – विद्यार्थ्यांना ७ जुलैपर्यंत प्रवेश अर्ज भरता आणि पडताळणी करू घेता येतील.
• – तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयाच्यावतीने १० जुलैला प्रवेशासंदर्भात तात्पुरती गुणवत्ता यादी (Provisional Merit List) प्रसिद्ध केली जाईल.
• – ११ आणि १२ जुलैला अर्जामधील त्रुटी आणि सुधारणा नोंदवता येईल.
• – १४ जुलैला अंतिम गुणवत्ता यादी (Final Merit List) प्रसिद्ध केली जाईल.

डिप्लोमासाठी प्रवेश घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना बुधवारी प्रवेशासाठी शेवटची मुदत होती. मात्र, सर्व्हर डाऊन असल्यामुळे प्रवेशासाठी आवश्यक विविध कागदपत्रे मिळण्यात विद्यार्थ्यांना मोठ्या अडचणी येत होत्या. कागदपत्रे न मिळाल्याने प्रवेशापासून वंचित राहण्याची वेळ राज्यभरातील डिप्लोमासाठी प्रवेश घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांवर आली होती. परिणामी, तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयातर्फे सुरू असलेल्या पॉलिटेक्निक अभ्यासक्रमाच्या प्रवेशप्रक्रियेसाठी ऑनलाइन अर्ज करण्याची मुदत ३० जूनपर्यंत वाढविण्यात आली आहे. या अभ्यासक्रमासाठी राज्यभरातून एक लाख जागांसाठी सुमारे दीड लाख विद्यार्थ्यांनी आतापर्यंत नोंदणी केली आहे. या जागांवर प्रवेश मिळविण्यासाठी दहावी उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थ्यांना ऑनलाइन अर्ज करण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरू आहे. या प्रक्रियेत संकेतस्थळावर नोंदणी केल्यानंतर कागदपत्रांच्या छायांकित प्रती स्कॅन करून जोडाव्या लागतात. या प्रक्रियेदरम्यान, जात प्रमाणपत्र, नॉन क्रिमिलेयर प्रमाणपत्र, उत्पन्नाचा दाखला मिळण्यास विलंब होत असल्याचे पाहून विभागाने मुदतवाढ करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.

अशी असेल पदविका प्रवेश प्रक्रिया

1. पदविका अभ्यासक्रमांच्या प्रवेशासाठी ऑनलाइन नोंदणी, कागदपत्रांच्या स्कॅन छायाप्रती अपलोड करणे, कागदपत्रे पडताळणी ही प्रक्रिया १ जूनपासून सुरु होणार आहे. केंद्रीभूत प्रवेश प्रक्रियेच्या तीन फेन्या आयोजित करण्यात येणार आहेत. विद्यार्थी त्यांचा केवळ दहावी, बारावीचा आसन क्रमांक नमूद करुन अर्ज भरु शकतील.
2. विद्यार्थ्यांचे प्राप्त गुण सॉफ्टवेअर प्रणालीद्वारे अर्जामध्ये नमूद करण्यात येतील. दहावीनंतरच्या प्रथम वर्ष व थेट द्वितीय वर्षाच्या अभियांत्रिकी पदविका प्रवेशासाठी अर्ज भरणे, समुपदेशन, प्रवेश प्रक्रियेच्या विविध टप्प्यावर विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मदतीसाठी राज्यामध्ये ३२८ सुविधा केंद्रांची स्थापना करण्यात आली आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांना संस्थांमध्ये प्रवेश घेण्यापर्यंत प्रवेश प्रक्रियेच्या संकेतस्थळावर नोंदविलेल्या मोबाइलवर एसएमएसद्वारे माहिती देण्यात
