The Board of Directors and the administration has started preparations for recruitment in the District Cooperative Milk Producers’ Union (Gokul) as decided before the five-year elections. It is expected that soon recruitment to about 250 employees will get recruit.

Interested applicants are started to collect the require information regarding this from now. ‘Gokul’ recruitment process is now accept by the Administration. Soon union is going to establish 20 lakh liter plant. For this upcoming project this recruitment process is going to start. Regarding this project, there will be recruitment in technical & marketing division.

• Permanent Employees : 1500
• New Permanent Employees : 624
• New Recruitment of Employees : 250 (Approx)
• Yearly Salary of Employees Distributed : Rs.75 Corer
• Traveling Allowance : Rs.1.25 Corer

Currently in Gokul, daily there is 11 to 13 lakh liter milk is produced. As per the demand for cows milk, the milk is produced from Karnataka, Sangli & Konkan area. Planning for the project is nearly complete & for this new project it is expected that there will be more than 250 employees get recruit. In up next years there will be more than 100 employees are going to retired. On replacement to these employees new employees will get recruit. For this recruitment preference will be given to the currently working employees. On replacement to these posts, currently employees will be promoted.
