Satara GMC Bharti 2023 for 204 posts will be recruited under contractual services. As many as 204 posts are going to be recruited through external sources in Government Medical College, Satara. It includes skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled posts in ‘C’ and ‘D’ categories. All the expenses of these posts will be met from the grant received under contractual services. 139 skilled, 41 semi-skilled and 24 unskilled posts will be filled in this. The skilled posts include two photographers, two artists, four library assistants, four coding clerks, nine junior clerks, 46 technicians, 20 laboratory assistants, ten medical social workers, one carpenter, one plumber, four drivers, 22 stenographers, eight typists, two health promoters, There are 139 skilled posts such as four health inspectors, while semi-skilled posts include 36 sweepers, four dhobis, one porter and 41 posts, unskilled posts include four clerks and 20 constables.
   Tenders will be invited from the suppliers for the recruitment of these posts. It also includes many conditions.
   If these posts were filled as per regular government decisions, 20 to 30 percent savings should be made than what would have been spent.
   As all these posts are to be filled from external sources, these posts are to be called posts under contract service. T

1. कुशल पदांमध्ये दोन छायाचित्रकार, दोन कलाकार, चार ग्रंथालय सहायक, चार कोडिंग क्लार्क, नऊ कनिष्ठ लिपिक, 46 तंत्रज्ञ, 20 प्रयोगशाळा सहायक, दहा वैद्यकीय समाजसेवक, एक सुतार, एक प्लंबर, चार वाहनचालक, 22 लघुलेखक, आठ लघुटंकलेखक, दोन आरोग्य प्रचारक, चार आरोग्य निरीक्षक अशी कुशल पदे 139 आहेत, तर अर्धकुशलमध्ये 36 सफाई कामगार, चार धोबी, एक हमाल अशी 41 पदे, अकुशलमध्ये चार दप्तरी व 20 शिपाई पदांचा समावेश आहे.
2. या पदांच्या भरतीसाठी पुरवठादारांकडून निविदा मागवल्या जाणार आहेत. त्यामध्येही अनेक अटी—शर्तींचा समावेश केला आहे.
3. ही पदे नियमित शासननिर्णयानुसार भरली असती, तर जेवढा खर्च झाला असता त्यापेक्षा 20 ते 30 टक्के बचत होणे आवश्यक आहे.
4. ही सर्व पदे बाह्य स्त्रोतातून भरायची असल्याने या पदांना कंत्राटी सेवांतर्गत पदे असे म्हटले जाणार आहे. त्
5. यासाठी होणारा सर्व खर्च कंत्राटी सेवांतर्गत मिळणाऱ्या अनुदानातून केला जाईल.
6. राज्यातील 27 वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयांतून या पद्धतीने पाच हजार 56 पदे भरली जाणार आहेत.
7. त्यासाठी वार्षिक 109.52 कोटी रुपये खर्च होणार आहे.
