State Education Commissioner Suraj Mandhare has ordered an inquiry into the matter.

टीईटी परीक्षेतील घोटाळ्यानंतर आता महाराष्ट्र राज्य परीक्षा परिषद पुन्हा एकदा वादाच्या भोवऱ्यात सापडली आहे. परिषदेने शासकीय वाणिज्य प्रमाणपत्र ऑनलाइन लघुलेखन, संगणक सेवा कार्य आणि सेवाविषयक परीक्षेच्या कामकाजाचा ठेका एका संगणक टायपिंगचे प्रशिक्षण देणाऱ्या संस्थेला दिल्याचा प्रकार उघडकीस आला. ज्या दिवशी कामाची ई-निविदा सूचना काढली; त्याचदिवशी संबंधित संस्थेला प्रमाणित केल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र दिले. या प्रकरणाबाबत चौकशी करण्याचा आदेश राज्याचे शिक्षण आयुक्त सूरज मांढरे यांनी दिला आहे.

• राज्य परीक्षा परिषदेने शासकीय वाणिज्य प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षेच्या कामासाठी १६ फेब्रुवारीला ई-निविदा सूचना प्रसिद्ध केली. ही प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइनद्वारे सुरू झालेली असतानाच के. के. कॉम्प्युटर ॲकॅडमी या निविदाधारकाला हे काम देण्यात आले. त्यावर प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित केले जात आहे.
• ‘परिषदेमार्फत घेतलेल्या परीक्षेचे काम केले नसतानाही संबंधित संस्थेला प्रमाणित केल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र कसे दिले? असा प्रश्न उपस्थित करत निविदा प्रक्रियेची चौकशी करावी,’ अशी मागणी आशुतोष पिंगळे यांनी केली आहे. एखाद्या संगणक टायपिंग संस्थेलाच परीक्षेची जबाबदारी दिल्यास कोणीही सहज उत्तीर्ण होऊ शकते. त्यामुळे शिक्षण आयुक्तांनी संपूर्ण प्रकाराची चौकशी करून निविदा प्रक्रिया रद्द करावी, अशा मागणीचे निवेदन पिंगळे यांनी शिक्षण आयुक्तांना दिले आहे.
• संबंधित प्रकरणाची चौकशी करण्याची सूचना दिली आहे. निविदा प्रक्रियेत गैरप्रकार झाल्याचे उघडकीस आल्यास निविदा प्रक्रिया रद्द करण्यात येईल. चौकशी करून येत्या १५ दिवसांत अहवाल देण्याचा आदेश दिला आहे. – सूरज मांढरे, शिक्षण आयुक्त

MSCE Pune Bharti 2024- Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Clerk	Passed Degree Examination in any discipline of a recognized University. Typing / Computer Typing Marathi 30 w.p.m. and English 40 w.p.m Must have passed Government Commerce Certificate Examination. For the post of Chief Clerk, minimum two years of senior clerical experience in Government/Semi-Government office is required.
2. Senior Clerk	For the post of Senior Clerk, at least two years of experience in the post of Junior Clerk / Clerk and Typist in a Government Semi-Government Office. MS-CIT Passing the exam is required
3. Lower Class Stenographer	Passed Degree Examination in any discipline of a recognized University. Typing / Computer Typing Marathi 30 w.p.m and English 40 w.p.m And English and Marathi Short Writing 100 w.p.m Must have passed the Government Commerce Certificate Examination. MS-CIT Passing the exam is required.
How to Apply for MSCE Pune Bharti 2024
The online examination for the recruitment of these posts of State Examination Council will be conducted at available centers in all the districts of the state. The application process will begin on March 23 and the deadline is April 8. It is mandatory to select three examination centres while submitting the application. If a district examination centre is not functional or the capacity of admitting candidates to a district examination center is exceeded, the seating arrangements of the candidates at that district examination center will be made at another center.
