Maharashtra Chandan Manufacturer union is going to start ‘Chandan Kanya Yojana’. This scheme is especially for girls education. In today’s date some parents are not in favour of girls education. They oppose girl to be educated. To stop this ‘Maharashtra Chandan Kanya Yojan’ is going to start.

By this scheme, farmers who has 1 to 10 years daughter will have to plant sandalwood trees in their agricultural land. Farmers are bound to plant 20 sandalwood trees in 12 years. By this scheme, it provide help for their daughter education by financially of Rs. 15 lakhs. Financial help will be provided through the scheme for girls, who get control over these issues, to pursue higher education

To participate in ‘Chandankanya Yojana’, Xerox is required for the girl and father’s support card to participate. After registration, the farmer will be free of all help. Providing 20 sandalwood trees in the district for the cultivation, complete guidance for sandal planting, one year after planting, help in collection of revenue collection documents, after harvesting of sandalwood trees and removal of traffic license, free of cost will be provided by Chandan Growers Union for all these works. The number of people who think of the cost of education will not be reduced even when the girl has gone. In order to change this situation in the progressive state, Maharashtra Chandan Producers’ Association has taken the initiative.
