Now foreign countries allows to verify the applicants nation & criminal record while passport verification. By this now only by providing Indian nation proof will be enough to get verify. Due to this decision it will saves the police verification time & the process becomes efficient & easy.
Day by day people are traveling to foreign countries for business, education, tours etc. Therefore such people should get the passport easily for this Ministry of Foreign Affairs started this new rule. They allows police officers to check only Indian Nationality & criminal record to verify the passport. from January to December 2018 police got the 31 thousand passport applications. From this 85% applications are approved. By this change in rule of passport verification now it is expected that 95% passport applications may get approved.
New Passport Centers in Maharashtra
To start maximum number of passport seva centers by this in Maharashtra 11 new passport service centers is going to start. Foreign affairs Dr. Dhnyaneshwar Mule gives information about this. As per the Dr. Mule said that foreign affairs ministry decision in January 2017 is going to start 289 new passport centers. From this 218 passport centers are already started. But at fourth stage another 87 passport centers are added. Currently in Maharashtra there are 25 passport centers. In this 11 new passport centers are going to add.
In Maharashtra state, Bhandara, Bhiwandi, Buldhana, Dhule, Gadchiroli, Hingoli, Osmananabad, Parbhani, Raigad, Ramtek, Raver cities will start new passport centers.
M-Passport App
Till now Post office passport service centers 4 thousand 620 applicants get the benefits of the facility. Also central government has started M’ Passport application. By using this applicants can apply for the passport service from any where. By the use of ‘M-Passport’ now applicants can get their passport easily. For visiting to any foreign country there is requirement of passport else no one can visit to any foreign country.
To get the passport only few centers are available there. Therefore applicants have to visit their to get their passport. For getting the passport applicants need to visit the center which require some struggle. Therefore now the passport service centers has started on district level. This facility is now available at post offices.
Get Passport without Police Verification
Soon passport department is going to make some major changes in the passport rules. To get the new passport, police verification committee takes maximum time to verify the passport. Due to this applicants receive their passport late. Only few cases police goes for verification to applicants residents. While some other cases they don’t need to visit to applicants.
For this state police is discussing information about crime therefore while crime not having proof in that the applicants will get the new passport. Applicants should get the new passport with in 1-3 days as department is trying. Currently after providing Aadhaar card number then also verification is being conducted. But by the state crime information passport verification department verifies the passport. To verify that applicants is living on same resident since last 3 days to collect information from neighbors these all rules are vanished.
Passport Through Postal Department
Passport service centers have been started in 215 post offices in the last 4 years. Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Manoj Sinha said in the Lok Sabha. Answering queries from Shashi Tharoor of Congress, Sinha said that every Lok Sabha in the country of matdarsangha minimum one passport centers available is mandatory. This is the decision of government. As per this decision Postal Office Passport Services Centers have been set up.
Manoj Sinha answering the one quires said that No one should travel more than 50 kilometers. Within 50 kilometers, it has been decided that there should be a passport service center. Accordingly, the opening of the Passport Seva Kendras in the post office will open.
Apply For Passport through Passport App
Central External Affairs Ministry on Wednesday Launched a new application which a person can apply the application for a Passport from anywhere in India. This Service for applying the application for the passport now will be available on yours mobile by using the“Passport Seva Mobile App”. The Central External Affairs Ministry of making this application and their used from before the two days in that time period total 10 Lakh people will used this application in there mobiles.
Central External Affairs Ministry Sushma Swaraj share this information on Friday on Twitter. Under this new Scheme, launched on the occasion of Sixth Passport Seva Divas, The Inauguration of this new application hands up By Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday. The application can be submitted irrespective of whether the person present residential address was selected then on this area which the applicants will residential then submit the application.
So now for using this Mobile application this all these process have not done.Now easily apply for the Passport through Passport App . Now because of using this Mobile App there is no need of Computer or Printer etc.. to apply for a Passport.

Passport Service now in Pandharpur
At Pandharpur’s post office a newly Passport Service Center has open. Its official opening not yet done but soon it will be done by some respectful person. To get the passport, civilian need to go for Pune city & last in solapur passport service center started. Also before 6 month announcement was made to open passport service center at pandharpur. From 1st June, at Pandharpur passport service center has started. So that now to th passport civilian are can get their passport easily. This also helps people from Pandharpur, Sangola, Mangalvedha, Malshir city.
In this passport center bio-metric services, finger print scanning, camera, computers etc are installed. People who want to get the passport should bring their Aadhaar card, PAN card & fill the online applications to take appointment. To get passport, a fees of Rs.1500/- need to pay.

Special Efforts of the Union Home Minister, Hansraj Ahir, the citizens of Chandrapur will get the facility of Passport Service Center through the Indian Postal Department for the Citizen of Chandrapur area and the central government has recently displayed green flag for this service. In order to start this service center in Chandrapur City a team of Senior Officers of the Passport Seva Kendra in Nagpur is coming to Chandrapur on May 25, 2018.
In this meeting, the team will discuss with the local authorities about the setting up of a service center with the help of local authorities. Because of These meeting many Problem related Passport Service will get solve and it is very beneficial for the People of Chandrapur District.
