शेतकऱ्यांना फायदा करण्याचे महत्त्वपूर्ण कार्य महाराष्ट्र राज्य वखार महामंडळ करत आहे. मात्र, त्यांच्याकडे अपुरा कर्मचारी वर्ग आहे. केवळ ४३५ कर्मचाऱ्यांवर संपूर्ण राज्यात कारभार सुरू आहे. ३०२ कर्मचारी भरण्यास परवानगी दिली आहे. येत्या २ ते ४ दिवसांत कर्मचारी भरतीची प्रक्रिया सुरू होईल, असे आश्वासन राज्याचे पणन आणि अल्पसंख्याक विकास व औकाफ मंत्री अब्दुल सत्तार यांनी दिले. त्यामुळे अनेक दिवसांपासून आडकून पडलेला वखार महामंडळाचा कर्मचारी भरतीचा मार्ग मोकळा होण्याची चिन्हे आहेत. दरम्यान, या महामंडळाला मदत करण्यास कमी पडणार नसल्याचेही त्यांनी या वेळी सांगितले.

महाराष्ट्र राज्य वखार महामंडळाच्या ६६ व्या वर्धापन दिनानिमित्त आयोजित कार्यक्रमात सत्तार बोलत होते. त्या वेळी वखार महामंडळाचे अध्यक्ष व व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक दीपक तावरे, पणन संचालक शैलेश कोथमिरे, पणन मंडळाचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक संजय कदम, सहव्यवस्थापकीय संचालक व सचिव रमेश शिंगटे, महाव्यवस्थापक अविनाश पांडे यांच्यासह विविध मान्यवर उपस्थि होते. सत्तार म्हणाले की, शेतकऱ्यांची सेव करण्यात वखार महामंडळ अग्रेसर आहे कोरोना संसर्गाच्या काळातही शेतकऱ्यांच सेवा करण्यास मंडळ कमी पडले नाही त्रासाशिवाय, सहजतेने शेतकऱ्यांना क मिळवून दिले जातेय, ही समाधानकारक बाब आहे. सध्या ४३५ कर्मचारी आहेत लवकरच नवीन ३०२ कर्मचारी भरण्या येणार आहेत. राज्यात ३५ महामंड आहेत. सर्वाधिक नफा मिळविलेले महामंडळ आहे. यावरून कर्मचारी काम करत असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. अने महामंडळे डबघाईला आली. कर्मचाऱ्यांन पगार द्यायला पैसे नाहीत. यासाठी महामंडळांकडून सरकारकडे पैशाच मागणी केली जाते. मात्र, हे महामंड स्वावलंबी आहे. मोठा नफा मिळत आहे या महामंडळाच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या मागणीक लक्ष देण्यासाठी मुख्यमंत्री, उपमुख्यमंत्र यांना सांगणार आहे. दरम्यान दीपक ताव म्हणाले की, महामंडळाचे कर्मचारी जोमा काम करत आहेत. कोविडकाळात आ कर्मचाऱ्यांचा बळी गेला आहे. सध्य मंडळामार्फत विविध नावीन्यपूर्ण उपक्र राबविले जात आहेत.
