MahaVitaran Bharti 2019 : Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MahaDiscom) is going recruit eligible applicants to Substation Assistant & Electrical Assistant posts. महाराष्ट्र राज्य वीज वितरण कंपनी लि. कंपनीने बेरोजगार तरूणांसाठी नोकरी करण्याची सुवर्ण संधी आणली आहे. महावितरणमध्ये तब्बल ७००० जागा रिकाम्या आहेत. राज्यातील बेरोजगार तरूणांसाठी चांगली संधी आहे. महावितरण कंपनीत ५००० ‘विद्युत सहाय्यक’ तर २००० ‘उपकेंद्र सहाय्यक’ अशा जागा भरणे आहे. त्यामुळे महावितरण कंपनीने अशा एकूण ७००० हजार जागांसाठी अर्ज मागवले आहेत.
ही अर्ज करण्याच्या प्रक्रिया १३ जुलैपासून सुरु झाली आहे. अर्ज भरण्याची शेवटची तारीख २६ जुलै आहे. त्यामुळे लवकरात लवकर आपले अर्ज पाठवावेत. या पदासाठी शिक्षणाची अट असून उमेदवार किमान १२ वी पास असावा किंवा आटीआय उत्तीर्ण असावा किंवा राष्ट्रीय व्यवसाय प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र असणे आवश्यक आहे. हे प्रमाणपत्र राष्ट्रीय व्यवसाय प्रशिक्षण परिषदेकडून देण्यात येते.
उमेदवाराला वयाची अट असून उमेदवार १८ ते २७ वर्षे असणे आवश्यक आहे. महावितरणाकडून केली जाणारी ही भरती कंत्राटी पद्धतीची असून हे कंत्राट ३ वर्षांचे आहे. त्यामुळे उमेदवाराला ३ वर्षांची कंत्राटी काम करण्याची संधी मिळणार आहे. त्यामुळे इच्छुकांनी लवकरात लवकर अर्ज करावेत. आलेल्या ७००० जागांमध्ये आरक्षणानुसार जागांचे वितरण करण्यात आले आहे. निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांना महाराष्ट्रात कोठेही काम करावे लागेल.
दरम्यान, हे काम ३ वर्षांसाठी निश्चित असून ‘विद्युत सहाय्यक’ पदांसाठी पहिल्या वर्षात ७,५०० रुपये दरमहा दिले जातील, दुसऱ्या वर्षात ८,५०० रुपये दरमहा आणि तिसऱ्या वर्षात ९,५०० रुपये दरमहा देण्यात येणार आहे. तर ‘उपकेंद्र सहाय्यक’ पदावरील कर्मचाऱ्यांना ९ हजार रुपये दरमहा, दुसऱ्या वर्षात १० हजार आणि तिसऱ्या वर्षात ११ हजार रुपये दरमहा मानधन देण्यात येणार आहे.
