Nagpur ST Corporation has been first time started the internal examination process for promotion to the post of Assistant Traffic Inspector to Traffic Inspector. Seniority list of eligible employees has been circulated for that. Employees with criminal cases have also been granted temporary permission to appear for intra-departmental examinations as per the provisions of Article 59 of the Labor Agreement 1996-2000.
Orders have been given to the concerned departments to settle the cases of these employees within a month. Otherwise, if there is any technical problem while announcing the result of the promotion examination within the department or during the promotion, the relevant department and unit heads will be held guilty and action will be taken against them. This news has been confirmed by the Department of Personnel and Industrial Relations of ST Corporation. एसटी नागपूर मध्ये वाहतूक निरीक्षक पदासाठी बढती परीक्षा
महाराष्ट्र राज्य मार्ग परिवहन महामंडळाकडून (एसटी) करोनानंतर प्रथमच सहाय्यक वाहतूक निरीक्षक ते वाहतूक निरीक्षकपदी बढतीची खात्याअंतर्गत परीक्षा होणार आहे. या निमित्ताने बढतीसाठी इच्छुक कर्मचाऱ्यांची वर्षानुवर्षे प्रलंबित अपराध प्रकरणे एक महिन्यात निकाली निघणार आहेत.
- करोनानंतर महामंडळात सहाय्यक वाहतूक निरीक्षक ते वाहतूक निरीक्षक पदासाठी खात्याअंतर्गत बढती परीक्षाच झाल्या नव्हत्या. त्यामुळे इच्छुकांमध्ये नाराजी होती. आता महामंडळाने ही प्रक्रिया सुरू केली आहे. त्यासाठी पात्र कर्मचाऱ्यांची ज्येष्ठता यादी प्रसारित केली आहे. अपराध प्रकरणे असलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना कामगार करार १९९६-२००० कलम ५९ मधील तरतुदीनुसार खात्याअंतर्गत परीक्षेस बसण्याची तात्पुरती परवानगीही दिली गेली आहे.
- या कर्मचाऱ्यांची प्रकरणे एक महिन्यात निकाली काढण्याचे आदेश संबंधित विभागांना दिले गेले आहेत. तसे न केल्यास खात्याअंतर्गत बढती परीक्षेचा निकाल घोषित करताना अथवा बढती देताना काही तांत्रिक अडचण उद्भवल्यास संबंधित विभाग व घटक प्रमुखांना दोषी धरून त्यांच्यावर कारवाई केली जाणार आहे. या वृत्ताला एसटी महामंडळाच्या कर्मचारी व औद्योगिक संबंध विभागाने दुजोरा दिला आहे.
- प्रशिक्षण वर्ग आवश्यक – बढती परीक्षेस बसण्याची परवानगी दिलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांचे लेखी परीक्षेपूर्वी प्रशिक्षण वर्ग घेणे बंधनकारक आहे. हे वर्ग घेण्याची व्यवस्था व प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण करण्याची जबाबदारीही उपमहाव्यवस्थापक (नियंत्रण समिती) यांच्यावर सोपवण्यात आली आहे.
- १५५ कर्मचाऱ्यांची ज्येष्ठता यादी – सहाय्यक वाहतूक निरीक्षक ते वाहतूक निरीक्षक पदासाठी खात्याअंतर्गत बढती परीक्षेसाठी पात्र कर्मचाऱ्यांची ज्येष्ठता यादी महामंडळाने जाहीर केली. त्यात १६ कर्मचाऱ्यांवर अपराधिक प्रकरणे आहेत. एका कर्मचाऱ्यावर महामंडळाची दिशाभूल व फसवणूक केल्याप्रकरणात गुन्हा दाखल आहे. एक कर्मचारी अपंग (अस्थिव्यंग) आहे. तर ३८ कर्मचाऱ्यांची खात्याअंतर्गत विविध प्रकरणे न्यायप्रविष्ट आहेत.
