‘सेट’ परीक्षेची तारीख ठरली; डिसेंबरच्या शेवटच्या आठवड्यात होणार परीक्षा
सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विद्यापीठातर्फे महाराष्ट्र आणि गोवा राज्यात अधिव्याख्याता पदासाठी घेण्यात येणारी ‘सेट’ची परीक्षा 27 डिसेंबर रोजी घेण्यात येणार आहे. ही परीक्षा कोरोनामुळे पुढे ढकलण्यात आली आहे.
महाविद्यालयात अधिव्याख्याता म्हणून नोकरी मिळविण्यासाठी ‘सेट’ची परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होणे अनिवार्य आहे. महाराष्ट्र आणि गोव्यातील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी पुणे विद्यापीठ ही परीक्षा आयोजित करते. यापूर्वी 28 जून रोजी ही परीक्षा होणार होती, पण कोरोनामुळे पुढे ढकलण्यात आली होती. आता विद्यापीठाने 27 डिसेंबर ही परीक्षेची तारीख निश्‍चित केली आहे. परीक्षेबाबतची माहिती http://setexam.unipune.ac.in या संकेतस्थळावर वेळोवेळी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येणार आहे.
सेट परीक्षा ही 38 विषयांसाठी घेतली जाते. यासाठी महाराष्ट्र आणि गोव्यातून 1 लाख 11 हजार विद्यार्थ्यांनी अर्ज भरले आहेत. त्यामध्ये पुण्यातून सर्वाधिक 19 हजार अर्ज दाखल झालेले आहे. या परीक्षेत पेपर एकमध्ये 100 गुण आणि 50 प्रश्‍न असतात. तर पेपर दोनमध्ये 200 गुण आणि 100 प्रश्‍न असतात. ही परीक्षा बहुपर्यायी प्रश्‍न (मल्टिपल च्वाइस क्वेश्‍चन-एमसीक्‍यू) पद्धतीने होते, अशी माहिती सेट विभागाकडून देण्यात आली आहे.
SET Exam 2019
Savitribai Phule Pune University is going to conduct 35th State Eligibility Test (SET) examination 2019 for recruitment to the Assistant Professorship. SET Examination 2019 will be conduct on Sunday, 23rd June 2019 at Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Nasik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Nanded, Amravati, Nagpur, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, & Panaji (Goa), centres. For this interested applicants need to apply online. Also applicants need to pay the require amount of the applications fees. Online applications start from 1st February 2019 & Closing date for online applications is 21st February 2019 extended to 26th February 2019.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must have Master’s Degree recognized by U.G.C., in a subject of MH-SET
- Must have have secured at least 55% marks (without gracing or rounding off ) in Master’s or equivalent examination

SET Exam 2019 Pattern
For Assistant Professor recruitment National Eligibility Test (NET) examinations will be conduct by National Testing Agency (NTA). This examinations will now be conduct online. Also Pune Universities State Level Eligibility Test (SET) examinations format will now have 2 papers & will be conduct offline. For senior college recruitment of Assistant Professor post, State Level Eligibility Test (SET) will be conduct in February & March month.
Savitibai Fule Pune University is going to conduct SET examinations on 30th June. This examinations will be conduct in two different papers, paper I for 50 questions & 100 marks & paper II for 100 marks & 200 marks. The total marks for this examinations will be for 300 marks. Examinations applications will get link with Aadhaar Card of the applicants.
Savitribai Phule Pune University is going to conduct State level Eligibility Test (SET) in Maharashtra & Goa. For this examinations now instead of three question paper two question papers will be used. This examinations will be conduct online. Details examinations schedule will be released on February month.
SET Exam 2019
This examinations is going to conduct on the basis of UGC guidelines, because there is change in the NET examinations. As per the change SET examination three papers get merge into two papers. As per the this first paper 100 marks & second paper will be of 200 marks as total there will be 300 marks of this examination. This examination will be for 3 hours duration, there is change in the question pattern, for first paper these are 50 question instead of 60 questions. Also paper two & paper three combinely will have 100 questions.
For filling up the online applications candidates should have link Aadhaar Cards with the applications form. Therefore it necessary to attach Aadhaar card.
