Sub Inspector Bharti 2016 Post Postponed

MPSC PSI Bharti 2016 Suspended : Recruitment to the 636 posts of Police Sub Inspector got final postponed. Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) makes their final decision on this out of Government rule recruitment process. Also order to Director General not send the applicants for training.

On 2016, Maharashtra Public Service Commission was conduct the recruitment process for recruitment to the 828 Police Sub Inspector post. For recruitment to these posts MPSC conduct departmental limited competitive examination. In this process, there was 2935 applicants was eligible, from these 828 applicants are finalize for Police Sub Inspector post. These selected applicants was sent to the Police Training Academy Nashik, which includes 186 backward category applicants. Departmental examinations is a part of Promotions & as per the rules, in promotion process reservations is not applicable. Therefore for recruitment to the 186 number of reservation in Police Sub Inspector post application was filed against this in ‘MAT’. After that those 154 backward candidates who went for training was also appose there.

Recruitment to the various Government posts are carried out through Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). These various recruitment process is carried out by the rules of government has made. In Police recruitment process those who score more that 230 marks in the competitive examination, such 636 applicants are shortlisted for police sub inspector post.
