संदर्भ क्र.१ च्या शासन निर्णयान्वये मुख्य अभियंता, सार्वजनिक बांधकाम प्रादेशिक विभाग, मुंबई यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली राज्यस्तरीय निवड समिती स्थापन करण्यात आलेली आहे.

यासंदर्भात मा. सचिव (बांधकामे) यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली व्हिडीओ कॉन्फरसिंगद्वारे झालेल्या बैठकीत दिलेल्या निर्देशानुसार आपल्या प्रादेशिक विभागांतर्गत सरळसेवेने भरावयाची कनिष्ठ अभियंता (स्थापत्य) व स्थापत्य अभियांत्रिकी सहायक या संवर्गाची सरळ सेवेच्या पदासह समावेशनाच्या रिक्त पदांची माहिती सोबतच्या नमुना-क मध्ये भरुन (प्रमाणित बिंदूनामावलीसह) दि. १५.१.२०२३ पर्वत किंवा त्यापूर्वी या प्रादेशिक कार्यालयास उपलब्ध करुन द्यावी, जेणेकरुन आपणांकडून प्राप्त झालेल्या माहितीच्या आधारे एकत्रित माहिती कालमर्यादेत सामान्य १८ भी बां. विभागास सादर करणे या प्रादेशिक कार्यालयास शक्य होईल.

सदर पदभरतीबाबतचा विषय मंत्रीमंडळाच्या विषय सूचीत स्थायी पध्दतीने समाविष्ट करण्यात आलेला असून पदभरतीबाबतच्या प्रगतीचा अहवाल मंत्रीमंडळाच्या प्रत्येक बैठकीत सादर करावयाचा आहे ही बाब विचारात घेऊन उपरोक्त माहिती प्राधान्याने या प्रादेशिक कार्यालयास उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आपणा सर्वांचे सहकार्य मिळावे अशी अपेक्षा करत आहे.
