MPSC PSI Exam 2023 – The Maharashtra state police department on Sunday conducted the exam for recruitment to the post of sub-inspector cadre under the department. महाराष्ट्र राज्य पोलिस दलातील खात्यांतर्गत पोलिस उपनिरीक्षक संवर्गातील पदभरतीसाठी रविवारी (ता. १०) येथे परीक्षा घेण्यात आली. नाशिक शहरातील सहा केंद्रांवर पार पडलेल्या परीक्षेस उत्तर महाराष्ट्रातून दोन हजार २१८ परीक्षार्थी उपस्थित होते. दरम्यान, सामान्य ज्ञान विषयातील प्रश्न कठीण ठरल्याचे परीक्षार्थ्यांनी सांगितले. ‘एमपीएससी’तर्फे जाहीर तारखेनुसार रविवारी राज्यस्तरावर पोलिस उपनिरीक्षक मर्यादित विभागीय स्पर्धा पूर्व परीक्षा २०२३ घेण्यात आली. परीक्षेच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर जिल्हा प्रशासनातर्फे चोख व्यवस्था केलेली होती. जिल्हा प्रशासनातर्फे १५८ अधिकारी, कर्मचारी तैनात होते. याशिवाय, परीक्षा केंद्रांबाहेर पोलिस बंदोबस्त ठेवण्यात आला होता. या परीक्षेसाठी नाशिक शहर- जिल्ह्यासह जळगाव, धुळे, नंदुरबार जिल्ह्यांतून परीक्षार्थी उपस्थित होते. परीक्षा झाल्यावर मित्रपरिवाराबरोबर चर्चा करताना अनेकांनी गुणांचा अंदाज घेतला. सामान्यज्ञान विषयाचे प्रश्न काही प्रमाणात अवघड होते, अशी प्रतिक्रिया काही परीक्षार्थ्यांनी व्यक्त केली.

पीएसआय भरतीच्या शारीरिक चाचणीत अचानक बदल; मुलींना मोठा फटका
लोकसेवा आयोगाने मुलींच्या शारीरिक चाचणीत केलेल्या बदलाचा फटका परीक्षार्थीना बसला आहे. मुलींचा राखीव कोटा ११२ असताना फक्त पन्नास टक्के मुलीच पात्र झाल्या आहेत. शिल्लक जागा पुन्हा मेरीटने मुलींना मिळाव्यात, या मागणीसाठी आझाद मैदानावर राज्यातील पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पदाच्या लेखी परीक्षेत उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या राज्यातील मुलींनी धरणे आंदोलन केले.
२०२१ मध्ये पास झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांची २०२३ साली २ व ३ नोव्हेंबरला शारीरिक चाचणी पात्रता परीक्षा घेतली. पोलीस भरतीसाठीही लांब उडी रद्द केली असतानाही आयोगाने २०२३ साठी शारीरिक चाचणीचे निकष बदलून मुलींना ४ मीटर लांब उडी ४०० मीटर धावण्यासाठी १:१५ मिनिटांचा वेळ देण्यात आला आहे. इतर राज्यात १:३० मिनिटे इतका वेळ देण्यात येतो या प्रक्रियेत मुलांसाठी ८०० मीटर धावण्यासाठी २:३० मिनिटांच्या तुलनेत १: १५ मिनिटे वेळ कमी आहे. पुरुष व महिला उमेदवार यांची शारीरिक क्षमता वेगवेगळी असते. त्याचबरोबर भरती प्रक्रियेत यावर्षी लावण्यात आलेली ४ मीटर लांब उडीची अट अत्यंत जाचक आहे. या अटी रद्द करण्याची मागणी आंदोलनाला बसलेल्या मुलींनी केली आहे. या आंदोलनामध्ये कोल्हापूर, सांगली, सातारा, गडचिरोली, नागपूर अमरावती, जालना व बीड या जिल्ह्यांतील विद्यार्थिनींनी मुंबई आझाद मैदानावर धरणे आंदोलन केले आहे. या मुलींनी राखीव कोट्यातील जागा पुन्हा मेरिट लिस्ट लावून भरती करावी अशी मागणी केली आहे.

करोना संकटाच्‍या काळात अनेक स्पर्धा परीक्षांचे वेळापत्रक विस्‍कळीत झाले होते, यात अनेक परीक्षांची प्रक्रिया अपूर्ण राहिली होती. महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगातर्फे २०२१ मध्ये घेण्यात आलेल्या महाराष्ट्र दुय्यम सेवा अराजपत्रित गट-ब (मुख्य) परीक्षेअंतर्गत पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक संवर्गाच्‍या शारीरिक चाचणीचा मुहूर्त अखेर दोन वर्षांनी गवसला आहे. या परीक्षेची शारीरिक चाचणी आता २ ते १० नोव्‍हेंबर या कालावधीत आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे.
पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक संवर्गाच्‍या परीक्षेचा निकाल जाहीर करण्यात आला, तेव्‍हापासून उत्तीर्ण उमेदवारांना शारीरिक चाचणीच्‍या वेळापत्रकाची प्रतीक्षा होती. ती आता संपली आहे. २ ते १० नोव्‍हेंबर दरम्यान नवी मुंबईतील पोलीस मैदानावर सुमारे १५०० भावी पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक शारीरिक चाचणीला सामोरे जाणार आहेत.
महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाकडून यापूर्वी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेल्या सूचनेनुसार शारीरिक चाचणी ३१ ऑक्‍टोबरपासून डिजिटल तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित प्रणालीद्वारे घेण्यात येणार होती. मात्र काही तांत्रिक आणि प्रशासकीय कारणास्‍तव ही चाचणी पुढे ढकलण्‍यात आली होती. आता २ ते १० नोव्‍हेंरबरचा कालावधी त्यासाठी निश्चित करण्यात आला आहे. पात्रताधारक उमेदवारांची सविस्तर यादी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आली असून त्यांच्या नावापुढे चाचणीची तारीख नमूद करण्यात आली आहे. पुरूष उमेदवारांसाठी ८०० मीटर धावणे, पुलअप्‍स, गोळाफेक, लांब उडी आदी क्रीडा प्रकारात चाचणी होणार आहे, तर महिला उमेदवारांसाठी धावणे, लांब उडी, गोळाफेक या प्रकारांची चाचणी होणार आहे. कामगिरीच्‍या आधारे उमेदवारांना गुणदान केले जाणार आहे.

पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक परीक्षेचे वेळापत्रक बदला, विलास पोतनीस यांची मागणी
महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत रविवार 29 ऑक्टोबर रोजी पोलीस उपनिरीक्षकपदासाठी परीक्षा घेण्यात येणार आहे. परंतु त्याच दिवशी नगरपरिषद भरती परीक्षा आणि महाज्योती मार्फत केंद्रीय लोकसेवा आयोग प्रशिक्षणार्थ्यांसाठीची परीक्षा देखील घेण्यात येणार आहे. अशा प्रकारे तिन्ही परीक्षा एकाच दिवशी घेण्यात आल्यामुळे परीक्षार्थींना 2 परीक्षांना मुकावे लागणार आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पदासाठीच्या परीक्षेच्या वेळापत्रकात बदल करण्यात यावा, अशी मागणी शिवसेना (उद्धव बाळासाहेब ठाकरे) आमदार विलास पोतनीस यांनी महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोग तसेच मुख्यमंत्र्यांकडे निवेदनाद्वारे केली आहे.
स्पर्धा परीक्षांचा अभ्यास करून सरकारी अधिकारी होण्याचे स्वप्न उराशी बाळगून अनेक परीक्षार्थी रात्रंदिवस मेहनत करतात. त्यासाठी राज्य व केंद्र शासनाच्या विभागाकडून जाहीर करण्यात असलेल्या प्रत्येक स्पर्धा परीक्षांचा अर्ज एक संधी म्हणून लाखो परीक्षार्थी भरतात. परंतु या स्पर्धा परीक्षांच्या तारखा एकाच दिवशी आल्यास परीक्षार्थींना केवळ एकाच स्पर्धा परीक्षेला सामोरे जाता येते. 29 ऑक्टोबर रोजी या तिन्ही परीक्षा एकत्र होणार असल्याने विद्यार्थी संभ्रमात पडले आहेत. त्यामुळे या परीक्षार्थींसमोर निर्माण झालेला या परिस्थितीचा सहानुभूतीपूर्वक विचार करून 29 ऑक्टोबर रोजी महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत घेण्यात येणाऱ्या पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पदासाठी आणि नगरपरिषद परिषद भरतीच्या परीक्षेचे वेळापत्रक बदलण्यात यावे, अशी मागणी आमदार विलास पोतनीस यांनी केली आहे.

महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगातर्फे घेण्यात आलेल्या महाराष्ट्र दुय्यम सेवा अराजपत्रित गट-ब (मुख्य) परीक्षा २०२१ अंतर्गत पोलिस उपनिरीक्षक संवर्गासाठी अखेर शारीरिक चाचणी घेतली जाणार आहे. नोव्‍हेंबरच्‍या पहिल्‍या आठवड्यात ही चाचणी होणार असून, पंधराशे उमेदवारांना निवडीसाठी याद्वारे संधी उपलब्ध करून दिली जाईल. कोरोना महामारीमुळे स्पर्धा परीक्षांचे संपूर्ण वेळापत्रक विस्कळित झाले होते.
- यामुळे अद्यापही अनेक परीक्षांची प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झालेली नाही. यापैकीच २०२१ च्या काही परीक्षांचाही समावेश आहे. महाराष्ट्र दुय्यम सेवा अराजपत्रित गट-ब (मुख्य) परीक्षा २०२१ अंतर्गत पोलिस उपनिरीक्षक संवर्गाच्‍या परीक्षेचा निकाल जाहीर केला होता.
- त्‍यानंतरपासून उत्तीर्ण उमेदवारांना शारीरिक चाचणीच्‍या वेळापत्रकाची प्रतीक्षा लागून होती. ही प्रतीक्षा आता संपली असून, उमेदवारांना चाचणीला सामोरे जाण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे. यापूर्वी जारी केलेल्या सूचनापत्रकानुसार ही चाचणी ३१ ऑक्‍टोबरपासून घेण्यात येणार होती.
- डिजिटल तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित प्रणालीद्वारे ही चाचणी घेण्यात येणार होती; परंतु काही अपरिहार्य प्रशासकीय कारणास्‍तव ही चाचणी २ ते १० नोव्‍हेंबर या कालावधीत घेतली जाणार आहे. पात्रताधारक उमेदवारांची सविस्तर यादी प्रसिद्ध केली असून, त्यांच्या नावापुढे चाचणीची तारीख नमूद केलेली आहे.

Many candidates of Maharashtra appeared for the Police Sub Inspector post exam in the year 2021 and 2022. Sandeep Kshirsagar, NCP MLA from Beed, demanded that the non-criminal certificate of the year 2021-2022 should be considered for the interview after the examination for the post of police sub-inspector. After their demand, non-crimelayer certificate issued in 2021-2022 will now be accepted.
According to the information received, in the years 2020, the government had conducted examinations for the recruitment of the post of police sub-inspector, and in the years 2020-21, due to the corona virus all over the country, the students who appeared in the examination could not get the non-crimelayer certificate.
Therefore, NCP MLA Sandeep Kshirsagar from Beed requested Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to accept the non-crimelayer certificate issued in the year 2021 and 2022.

महाराष्ट्रातील अनेक तरुणांनी 2021 आणि 2022 या वर्षात पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पदाची परीक्षा दिली होती. पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पदाची परीक्षा दिल्यानंतर मुलाखतीसाठी 2021-2022 या वर्षाचे नॉन क्रिमिलेअर प्रमाणपत्र ग्राह्य धरण्यात यावा, अशी मागणी बीडचे राष्ट्रवादीचे आमदार संदीप क्षीरसागर यांनी उपमुख्यमंत्री यांच्याकडे केली होती. त्यांच्या मागणीनंतर आता 2021-2022 मध्ये काढलेलं नॉन क्रिमिलेयर प्रमाणपत्र ग्राह्य धरल जाणार आहे.
मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, 2020 या वर्षांमध्ये शासनाने पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पदाच्या भरतीसाठी परीक्षा घेतल्या होत्या आणि त्यामध्ये 2020-21 या वर्षांमध्ये संपूर्ण देशभरामध्ये कोरोना असल्याने परीक्षा देणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना नॉन क्रिमिलेयर हे प्रमाणपत्र काढता आलं नव्हतं. त्यामुळे 2021आणि 2022 या वर्षात काढलेलं नॉन क्रिमिलेयर प्रमाणपत्र ग्राह्य धरण्याची मागणी बीडचे राष्ट्रवादीचे आमदार संदीप क्षीरसागर यांनी उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्याकडे केली होती.
महाराष्ट्र राज्यपत्रित गट ब आणि गट क सेवा संयुक्त परीक्षा 2023 ही 30 एप्रिल 2023 रोजी होणार
- महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगानं तब्बल आठ हजार 169 पदांसाठी जाहिरात काढली आहे. आयोगाच्या अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावर याबाबतची सविस्तर माहिती देण्यात आली आहे. महाराष्ट्र अराजपात्रित गट ब व गट क सेवा संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षा 2023 मधून पदे भरली जाणार आहेत.
- महाराष्ट्र राज्यपात्रित गट ब आणि गट क सेवा संयुक्त परीक्षा 2023 ही 30 एप्रिल 2023 रोजी होणार आहे.
- महाराष्ट्रातील 37 जिल्हा केंद्रावर परीक्षा घेतली जाणार आहे. तर महाराष्ट्र अराजपत्रित गट ब सेवा संयुक्त मुख्य परीक्षा 2 सप्टेंबर 2023 रोजी तर महाराष्ट्र गट क सेवा संयुक्त मुख्य परीक्षा 2023 शनिवारी 9 सप्टेंबर 2023 रोजी होणार आहे.
विविध मंत्रालय प्रशासकीय विभागात भरती करण्यात येणार
- सहाय्यक कक्ष अधिकारी यांची 70 पदे भरली जाणार आहेत. महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगातील 8 पदे भरली जाणार आहेत. वित्त विभागाचे राज्य कर निरीक्षक 159 पदे तर ग्रह विभागाचे पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक 374 पदे भरली जातील. यांचा पगार 38 हजार 600 ते एक लाख 22800 रुपयांपर्यंत असेल. गृह विभागाच्या दुय्यम निरीक्षक राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क यांचे एकूण 6 पदे भरली जाणार आहेत. या पदासाठी पगार 32 हजार ते एक लाख एक हजार 600 रुपये इतका असेल. वित्त विभाग तांत्रिक सहाय्यक एक जागा असेल.. यांचा पगार 29 हजार 200 ते 92 हजार 300 रुपये इतका असेल. वित्त विभागाच्या कर सहाय्यक 468 पदे भरली जाणार आहेत. या पदासाठी पगार 25500 ते 81100 रुपये इतका असेल.

- महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत आयोजित परीक्षांच्यावेळी दिव्यांग उमेदवार लिहिण्यासाठी सक्षम नसल्यास त्यांच्या मागणीप्रमाणे परीक्षेच्यावेळी लेखनिक तसेच अन्य सुविधा उपलब्ध करुन देण्याच्या अनुषंगाने आयोगाच्या संकेतस्थळावर दिनांक ४ मार्च, २०२० रोजी ‘दिव्यांग उमेदवारांकरीता मार्गदर्शक सूचना प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेल्या आहेत. त्यानुसार आयोगामार्फत प्रसिध्द करण्यात येणाऱ्या जाहिरातीस अनुसरुन अर्ज सादर केल्यानंतर संबंधित दिव्यांग उमेदवारांनी लेखनिकाची मदत घेण्याची आणि/अथवा अनुग्रह भरपाई वेळेची आवश्यकता असल्यास आयोगाकडे संबंधित सर्व कागदपत्रांसह विनंती अर्ज (प्रपत्र- १ अथवा प्रपत्र-२) सादर करुन पूर्व परवानगी घेणे अनिवार्य आहे.
- 2 आयोगामार्फत दिनांक २० जानेवारी, २०२३ रोजी प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेल्या महाराष्ट्र अराजपत्रित गट व व गट-क सेवा संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षा २०२३ च्या जाहिरातीस अनुसरुन अर्ज सादर केलेल्या व लेखनिकाची मदत घेण्याची आणि/अथवा भरपाई वेळेची आवश्यकता असलेल्या दिव्यांग उमेदवारांनी विहित नमुन्यातील विनंती अर्ज (प्रपत्र- १ अथवा प्रपत्र- २) तसेच संबंधित कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे आयोगाच्या https://mpsc.gov.in या संकेतस्थळावरील ‘ONLINE FACILITIES’ या सदराखालील ‘Upload Documents’ या वेबलिंकद्वारे विहित मुदतीत सादर करणेआवश्यक आहे.
- ३. दिव्यांग उमेदवारांनी लेखनिक आणि/अथवा भरपाई वेळेकरीता सादर करावयाच्या कागदपत्रांबाबत आयोगाच्या संकेतस्थळावरील ‘दिव्यांग उमेदवारांकरीता मार्गदर्शक सूचना’ द्वारे आवश्यक सूचना देण्यात आलेल्या आहेत. त्यानुसारच संबंधित उमेदवारांनी ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने कागदपत्रे अपलोड करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- ४. ज्या उमेदवारांनी यापूर्वीच प्रस्तुत परीक्षेसाठी लेखनिक आणि/अथवा भरपाई वेळेकरीता विहित नमुन्यातील विनंती अर्ज ईमेलद्वारे अथवा इतर मार्गाने आयोगास सादर केले असतील, अशा सर्व उमेदवारांनी पुन्हा ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने उपरोक्त वेबलिंकद्वारे नव्याने विनंती अर्ज सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे. प्रस्तुत वेबलिंक व्यतिरिक्त इतर कोणत्याही मार्गाने सादर करण्यात आलेले विनंती अर्ज विचारात घेतले जाणार नाहीत.
- ५. केवळ संबंधित जाहिरातीस अनुसरून ऑनलाईन अर्ज सादर करताना लेखनिक आणि/अथवा भरपाई वेळेकरीता दावा केला म्हणून उमेदवारांना लेखनिक आणि/अथवा भरपाई वेळेची सवलत देय असणार नाही. ऑनलाईन अर्जाद्वारे दावा करुन उमेदवारांनी विहित पध्दतीने आयोगाकडून स्वतंत्र पूर्व परवानगी घेतली असल्यासच लेखनिक आणि/अथवा भरपाई वेळेची सवलत देय राहील.
- ६. उपरोक्तप्रमाणे लेखनिक आणि/अथवा भरपाई वेळेकरीता विनंती अर्ज व संबंधित कागदपत्रे / प्रमाणपत्रे अपलोड करण्याकरीताची वेबलिंक दिनांक १९ मार्च, २०२३ रोजी २३.५९ पर्यंत सुरु राहील.
