• तरुणांचे भविष्य सुरक्षित करण्याचे सरकारचे प्रयत्न – टाईम्स नाऊच्या कार्यक्रमात बोलताना संरक्षण मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह म्हणाले की, संरक्षण दलात तरुणांची गरज आहे. तरुण अधिक उत्साही असतात, ते तंत्रज्ञानाचे अधिक जाणकार आहेत. त्यांचे भविष्य सुरक्षित राहील, याची आम्ही योग्य ती काळजी घेतली आहे. गरज भासल्यास आम्ही या योजनेत बदल करण्यास तयार आहोत.
• काय आहे अग्निवीर योजना? – मोदी सरकारने 14 जून 2022 रोजी भारतीय सैन्यात तरुणांना भरती करण्यासाठी अग्नीवीर योजना सुरू केली. या योजने अंतर्गत चार वर्षांच्या कालावधीसाठी तरुणांना सैन्यात सेवा देता येते. या अग्निवीरांना निवृत्तीनंतर इतर माजी सैनिकांप्रमाणे पेन्शन, ग्रॅच्युईटी, आरोग्य योजना, माजी सैनिकाचा दर्जा मिळणार नाही. मात्र, निवृत्तीनंतर इतर ठिकाणच्या नोकरभरतीत त्यांना प्राधान्य दिले जाईल. ही योजना सुरू झाल्यापासून सातत्याने विरोधक यावर टीका करत आहेत.

2. Who can apply? Candidates who have passed 12th with 60% marks can apply for the posts of Clerk and Storekeeper. Last year, the Army made another change in the recruitment process. Under this, there will be a written test first followed by a recruitment fair. Earlier, the written exam was held later and a recruitment fair was organised before that. The army had made this change to reduce the crowd at the recruitment fair.
3. How to apply? The application process for 3500 posts of Agniveer by the Indian Air Force will start from January 17, 2024 and will continue till February 6, 2024. According to a notification issued on the official website of the Indian Air Force, candidates can apply on or before the prescribed last date. Selection will be done through written test PET and document verification.

भारतीय लष्कराने अग्निवीर भरती प्रक्रियेत मोठा बदल केला आहे. 2024-25 च्या अग्निवीर भरतीमध्ये हा नवीन नियम लागू करण्यात येणार आहे. लष्कराने यासंदर्भात अधिसूचनाही जारी केली आहे. यासोबतच सर्व राज्यांच्या सैन्य भरती मंडळांनाही याबाबत माहिती देण्यात आली आहे. नवा नियम अग्निवीर अंतर्गत क्लर्क आणि स्टोअरकीपर या पदांच्या भरतीसाठीच लागू असणार आहे. तसेच, हा नवीन नियम इतर पदांना लागू होणार नाही.
आता क्लर्क आणि स्टोअरकीपर पदांच्या भरतीसाठी लष्कर टायपिंग टेस्ट देखील घेईल, जी हिंदीमध्ये प्रति मिनिट 30 शब्द आणि इंग्रजीमध्ये 35 शब्द प्रति मिनिट असू शकते. मीडिया रिपोर्ट्सनुसार, बिहार-झारखंड सैन्य भरती मंडळ डायरेक्टोरेटच्या एका अधिकाऱ्याने याची पुष्टी केली आणि सांगितले की, अग्निवीर अंतर्गत क्लर्क आणि स्टोअरकीपर पदांच्या भरतीसाठी टायपिंग टेस्ट होईल, परंतु त्याचे मानक अद्याप ठरलेले नाही. मानक लवकरच निश्चित केले जाईल.

1. कोण करू शकतो अर्ज? – क्लर्क आणि स्टोअरकीपरच्या पदांसाठी 60 टक्के गुणांसह 12 वी उत्तीर्ण उमेदवार अर्ज करू शकतात. गेल्या वर्षी लष्कराने भरती प्रक्रियेत आणखी एक बदल केला होता. त्याअंतर्गत आता प्रथम लेखी परीक्षा होईल आणि त्यानंतर भरती मेळावा आयोजित केला जाईल. यापूर्वी लेखी परीक्षा नंतर आयोजित करण्यात आली होती आणि त्यापूर्वी भरती मेळाव्याचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. भरती मेळाव्यातील गर्दी कमी करण्यासाठी लष्कराने हा बदल केला होता.
2. ‘या’ पदांसाठी भरती  – भारतीय हवाई दलाद्वारे अग्निवीरच्या 3500 पदांसाठी अर्ज प्रक्रिया 17 जानेवारी 2024 पासून सुरू होणार असून 6 फेब्रुवारी 2024 पर्यंत असणार आहे. भारतीय हवाई दलाच्या अधिकृत वेबसाइटवर जारी केलेल्या अधिसूचनेनुसार, उमेदवार विहित अंतिम तारखेला किंवा त्यापूर्वी अर्ज सादर करू शकतात. निवड लेखी परीक्षा पीईटी आणि कागदपत्र पडताळणीद्वारे केली जाईल.

Candidates who have cleared the physical test first will be called for medical examination. The registration process will begin on January 15. The term of office is 4 years. अग्निपथ योजनेत होणार मोठे बदल; ५० टक्के अग्निवीरांना कायमस्वरुपी सैन्यात घेण्याचा विचार सुरू

गेल्या वर्षी केंद्र सरकारने अग्निपथ ही महत्त्वाकांक्षी योजना लाँच केली होती. या माध्यमातून तरुण-तरुणी अग्निवीर म्हणून चार वर्षांसाठी सैन्यात सहभागी होऊ शकतात. या योजनेत आता बदल करण्याची मागणी भारतीय सैन्याने केली आहे. चार वर्षांनंतर निवृत्त होणाऱ्या ५० टक्के अग्निवीरांना सैन्यात कायमस्वरुपी घेण्याची मागणी करण्यात येत आहे. सध्या चार वर्षांनंतर निवृत्त होणाऱ्या अग्निवीरांपैकी २५ टक्के अग्निवीरांनाच कायमस्वरुपी नोकरीचा पर्याय देण्यात येतो. मात्र, यात बदल करण्याची मागणी भारतीय सेनेने केली आहे.

1. भारताच्या सैन्यदलात दर वर्षी सुमारे ८० हजार सैनिकांची भरती होत होती. मात्र, कोविड महामारीमुळे दोन वर्षं ही भरती झालेली नाही. मात्र या दोन वर्षात कित्येक सैनिक निवृत्त झाले आहेत. त्यामुळे सैन्याच्या संख्येत मोठी घट झाली आहे.
2. ही घट भरून काढण्यासाठीच लष्कराकडून अग्निवीर योजनेत बदल करण्याची मागणी करण्यात येत आहे. ५० टक्के अग्निवीरांना सैन्यात कायमस्वरुपी घेण्याचा विचार करावा, तसेच अग्निवीरांच्या संख्येत वाढ करून, ही भरती वेगाने करावी अशा मागण्या लष्कराने केल्या आहेत.
3. सध्या ४० हजार अग्निवीरांच्या भरतीची प्रक्रिया सुरू आहे. दर वर्षी ही संख्या वाढवण्यात येणार आहे. २०२६ पर्यंत एकूण १ लाख ७५ हजार अग्निवीर सैन्यात दाखल होतील असं लक्ष्य आहे. मात्र, आतापासूनच सैन्यात सुमारे दीड लाख सैनिकांची कमतरता आहे.
4. टेक्निकल भरती – एव्हिएशन, इंजिनिअरिंग आणि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स अशा तांत्रिक क्षेत्रामध्ये कुशल सैनिकांचा मोठा तुटवडा जाणवत आहे. सध्या अग्निवीर भरतीसाठीची वयोमर्यादा १७.५ ते २१ वर्षे एवढी आहे. यामुळे टेक्निकल बॅकग्राऊंड असणारे अग्निवीर मिळणं अशक्य आहे. त्यामुळे अशा प्रकारच्या कुशल अग्निवीरांची संख्या वाढवण्यासाठी भरतीची कमाल वयोमर्यादा २३ वर्षे करण्याबाबत देखील विचार सुरू असल्याचं सूत्रांनी सांगितंल.

रेल्वेमध्ये अग्निवीरांसाठी १५ टक्के जागा राखीव

अग्निवीर म्हणून जाऊ इच्छिणाऱ्या भारतीय तरुणांसाठी एक आनंदाची बातमी आहे. रेल्वे बोर्डाने सरळ नोकरभरतीमध्ये अग्निवीरांसाठी सुमारे १५ टक्के पदे आरक्षित करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. बोर्डाने याबाबत १० मे रोजी सर्व झोनल रेल्वे महाप्रबंधक आणि रेल्वे भरती बोर्डाला मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे जाहीर करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. त्यामुळे अग्निवीर म्हणून कार्यकाळ पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर या तरुणांना रेल्वेच्या नोकरीची दारे खुली होणार आहेत.

1. रेल्वे मंडळाच्या एका अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितले की, स्तर १ मधील चतुर्थ श्रेणीमध्ये म्हणजे गँगमन, ट्रॅकमन, खलाशी, पॉइंटमॅन आदी रिक्त पदांवर अग्निवीरांना १० टक्के आरक्षण दिले जाईल. तसेच, स्तर-२ मध्ये ज्युनिअर क्लार्क, टायपिस्ट, अकाऊंटंट, ज्युनिअर टाइम कीपर, ट्रेन क्लार्कसहित बिगर राजपत्रित रिक्त पदांवर पाच टक्के आरक्षण मिळेल. तसेच, स्तर १मधील रिक्त पदे रेल्वे भरती सेलमधून भरले जातील. स्तर-२मधील पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया आरआरबी आयोजित करेल.
2. अग्निवीरांना लिखित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण व्हावी लागेल. मात्र त्यांना शारीरिक चाचणीमधून सवलत मिळेल. पहिल्या बॅचमधील अग्निवीरांच्या वयोमर्यादेत पाच वर्षांची सवलत मिळेल. त्यानंतरच्या बॅचमधील अग्निवीरांना वयोमर्यादेत तीन वर्षांची सूट मिळेल. या राखीव कोट्यामध्ये जर अपेक्षित अग्निवीरांचे अर्ज न आल्यास दुसऱ्या आरक्षित वर्गातील तरुणांना संधी दिली जाईल.
3. सीआयएसएफमध्ये महिला कॉन्स्टेबलच्या भरतीचा विचार – सीआयएसएफमध्ये पुरुषांच्या समकक्ष कॉन्स्टेबल/चालक आणि कॉन्स्टेबल/चालक-सह-पंप ऑपरेटरच्या पदासाठी महिलांची भरती करण्याचा विचार केला जात आहे. केंद्र सरकारने दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात ही माहिती दिली. केंद्र सरकारने भरती नियमांची संशोधनप्रक्रिया पूर्ण करण्यासाठी आठ आठवड्यांची मुदत मागितली आहे.

अग्निवीर सैन्य भरती.. २२६५ जणांच्या पहिल्या तुकडीचे प्रशिक्षण हैदराबादेत सुरु..

1. अग्निपथ योजनेची घोषणा झाल्यानंतर देशभरातील तरुणांनी याला विरोध दर्शवला होता. असे असतानाही मोठ्या संख्येने तरुणांनी अग्निवीर होण्यासाठी अर्ज केले. त्यापैकी निवड झालेल्या २२६५ जणांना आता हैदराबादमधील प्रशिक्षण गोलकोंडा केंद्रात प्रशिक्षण देण्यात येत आहे.
2. हैदराबाद, गोलकोंडा (तेलंगणा): सैनिकांच्या प्रशिक्षणात एक अभिनव अध्याय सुरू झाला आहे. केंद्र सरकारच्या नव्याने सुरू करण्यात आलेल्या अग्निपथ योजनेचा भाग म्हणून निवडलेल्या अग्निवीरांच्या पहिल्या तुकडीचे प्रशिक्षण हैदराबाद येथील गोलकोंडा येथे असलेल्या तोफखाना केंद्रात सुरू झाले आहे. येथे तरुणांना देशाच्या सुरक्षेसाठी तयार करण्यात येत आहे. सामान्य तरुणांना ‘पोलादी पुरुष’ बनवण्यात येणार आहे.
3. अग्निवीर’ची तुकडी विविध पदांवर प्रशिक्षणासाठी भारतीय सैन्यात दाखल झाली आहे. अग्निपथ योजनेंतर्गत निवडलेल्या ‘अग्नीवीर’ ची पहिली तुकडी अग्निवीर जनरल ड्युटी, अग्निवीर टेक्निकल, अग्निवीर लिपिक, स्टोअरकीपर टेक्निकल आणि अग्निवीर ट्रेड्समन म्हणून प्रशिक्षणासाठी भारतीय सैन्यात सामील झाली आहे. अग्निवीर म्हणून सैन्यात विविध कामांसाठी दाखल होणाऱ्या या सर्व सैनिकांना लष्कराकडून प्रशिक्षण दिले जाणार आहे.
4. ३३०० जणांची दुसरी तुकडी: यावेळी आर्टिलरी सेंटरचे कमांडंट ब्रिगेडियर राजीव चौहान म्हणाले, ‘पहिल्या बॅचमध्ये २,२६५ अग्निवीरांचे प्रशिक्षण सुरू झाले आहे. आम्ही पद्धतशीर आणि वैज्ञानिकदृष्ट्या प्रशिक्षणाचे कार्यक्रम तयार केले आहेत. पहिल्या 10 आठवड्यांमध्ये शारीरिक व्यायाम, कवायती, मूलभूत शस्त्रे प्रशिक्षण आणि नंतर प्रगत लष्करी प्रशिक्षण यांचा समावेश आहे. मार्चमध्ये याच केंद्रात आणखी 3300 लोकांसाठी प्रशिक्षणाची दुसरी तुकडी सुरू होईल.
5. अग्निवीरांसाठी हे देशातील सर्वात मोठे प्रशिक्षण केंद्र आहे. येथे प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केल्यानंतर वेगवेगळ्या युनिटमध्ये तीन वर्षांहून अधिक काळ काम करावे लागते. लष्करी भरतीतील रिक्त पदांवर अवलंबून, कौशल्य दाखविणाऱ्यांपैकी २५ टक्के जणांची सैन्यात भरती करण्यात येणार आहे. पूर्वी सैनिकांना दिल्या जाणाऱ्या प्रशिक्षणाप्रमाणे आता आपण तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर करत आहोत. आम्ही त्यांना इंग्रजी भाषेवर प्रभुत्व मिळवून देत आहोत. आम्ही त्यांची मानसिक आणि शारीरिक तयारी करत आहोत. याशिवाय आम्ही खेळ आणि शिक्षणाला प्रोत्साहन देत आहोत.
6. यावर्षी लष्करात ४० हजार अग्निवीर जवानांची भरती होणार असून, त्यापैकी बहुतांश जवानांना हैदराबादमध्ये प्रशिक्षण दिले जाणार आहे. पहिल्या बॅचचे प्रशिक्षण 2 जानेवारीपासून सुरू झाले असून ते 8 महिने चालणार आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर अग्निवीरांच्या प्रशिक्षण पद्धती आणि केंद्रातील प्रशिक्षण सुविधा सोमवारी प्रसारमाध्यमांना दाखविण्यात आल्या. विशेष म्हणजे देशाच्या विविध भागांतून तसेच तेलुगू राज्यांतून निवडले गेलेले या तुकडीचे बहुतेक अग्निवीर हे शेतकरी कुटुंबातील आहेत.

भारत सरकारने सैन्यात भरतीसाठी अग्निवीर योजना सुरू केली होती. जून 2022 मध्ये सुरू करण्यात आलेल्या या योजनेअंतर्गत अग्निवीरांची भरती करण्यात आली आहे. अग्निवीरांची पहिली तुकडी सुरुवातीचे प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण करण्यासाठी सैन्यात दाखल झाली आहे. पहिल्या बॅचमध्ये एकूण 112 रिक्रूट आले असून, ते 6 महिन्यांचे प्रशिक्षण घेतील. हे अग्निवीर नागपुरातील कॅम्पटी येथील रेजिमेंटलमध्ये प्रशिक्षणासाठी पोहोचले आहेत. प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केल्यानंतर ते सैन्यात भरती होतील. मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार 2 जानेवारी 2023 पासून अग्निवीरांचे प्रशिक्षण सुरू करण्यात आलं आहे. हे प्रशिक्षण सहा महिने म्हणजेच जून महिन्यापर्यंत चालेल. सहा महिन्यांचे प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केल्यानंतर हे तरुण सैन्यात भरती होतील. भरतीसोबतच या तरुणांना त्यांच्या युनिटमध्ये पाठवण्यात येणार आहे. तेथे त्यांना विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिले जाईल. तर अग्निवीरांची नोकरी फक्त 4 वर्षांची आहे. 4 वर्षांनंतर यातील केवळ 25 टक्के सैनिकांना सैन्यात ठेवण्यात येणार आहे.

वायुसेना दिनापूर्वी हवाई दल प्रमुख एअर चीफ मार्शल व्हीआर चौधरी यांनी मोठी घोषणा केली आहे. वायुसेना प्रमुख म्हणाले की, अग्निपथ योजनेअंतर्गत ‘एअर वॉरियर’ ची भरती सुव्यवस्थित करण्यात आली आहे. या वर्षी डिसेंबरमध्ये 3,000 अग्निवीर वायु भारतीय हवाई दलात सामील होणार आहेत. तसेच पुढील वर्षभरासाठी महिला अग्निवीरांच्या भरतीचे नियोजन करण्यात आले आहे.

1. येत्या 27 सप्टेंबरपासून नागपुरात सुरू होणार्‍या अग्निविर योजनेंतर्गत सैन्य भरतीसाठी विदर्भातील एकूण दहा जिल्हयातून 60 हजार उमेदवारांनी ऑनलाईन नोंदणी केली आहे. अग्निविर योजनेतंर्गत तरुणांना देशसेवेची संधी मिळणार असल्याची माहिती जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. विपीन इटनकर यांनी दिली.
2. पत्रपरिषदेत बोलताना डॉ. इटनकर म्हणाले, साडेसतरा ते एकवीस वर्षे वयोगटातील तरुणांची लष्कराची भरती प्रक्रिया ‘अग्निपथ’ योजनेच्या माध्यमातूनच होणार आहे.
3. या तरुण अग्निविरांमुळे लष्करात उत्साह, चैतन्य आणि आत्मविश्वास निर्माण होणार आहे. जिल्हा प्रशासनातर्फे 27 सप्टेंबर ते 7 ऑक्टोंबरपर्यंत विभागीय क्रीडा संकुल, मानकापूर सैन्य भरती प्रक्रिया राबविली जाणार आहे.

अग्निपथ योजनेला आव्हान देणाऱ्या प्रकरणावर आज, गुरुवारी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात सुनावणी झाली आहे. दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने अग्निपथ योजनेला स्थगिती देण्यास नकार दिलाय. 14 जून रोजी केंद्र सरकारने अग्निपथ योजना आणली, त्याअंतर्गत 17.5 वर्षे ते 21 वर्षे वयोगटातील तरुणांची सैन्य दलात चार वर्षांसाठी भरती करण्याची तरतूद करण्यात आली होती. या योजनेअंतर्गत भरती झालेल्या युवकांपैकी 25 टक्के तरुणांना चार वर्षांनंतर लष्करात कायमस्वरूपी नोकरी देण्यास सांगण्यात आले. मात्र, यानंतर तरुणांमध्ये या योजनेबाबत संताप व्यक्त होत होता. सरकारने या योजनेसाठी कमाल वयोमर्यादा वाढवून 23 वर्षे केली होती. या याचिकेविरोधात देशातील विविध उच्च न्यायालये आणि सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल करण्यात आल्या. लष्कराच्या भरतीसाठी केंद्राच्या नव्या अग्निपथ योजनेला आव्हान देणाऱ्या याचिकांवर सुप्रीम कोर्टाने  संबंधित मंत्रालयांमार्फत केंद्राकडे उत्तर मागितले. अग्निपथ योजना केंद्र सरकारने 14 जून रोजी सुरू केली होती. याअंतर्गत चार वर्षे लष्करात तरुणांची भरती करण्याची तरतूद करण्यात आली होती.

प्रलंबित असलेल्या याचिका दिल्ली हायकोर्टात ट्रान्सफर – गेल्या महिन्यात दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने म्हटले होते की, सशस्त्र दलात भरतीसाठी केंद्राने आणलेल्या अग्निपथ योजनेला आव्हान देणाऱ्या याचिकांवर 25 ऑगस्ट रोजी सुनावणी होणार आहे. अग्निपथ विरोधात सुप्रीम कोर्टात याचिका दाखल करण्यात आल्या होत्या, मात्र सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने सर्व याचिका दिल्ली हायकोर्टात वर्ग केल्या. सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता यांनी न्यायमूर्ती सतीशचंद्र शर्मा आणि सुब्रमण्यम प्रसाद यांच्या खंडपीठाला सांगितलं होतं की, सुप्रीम कोर्टाने आपल्यासमोर प्रलंबित असलेल्या याचिका दिल्ली हायकोर्टात ट्रान्सफर केल्या आहेत.

योजनेविरोधात केरळ, पंजाब आणि हरियाणा, पाटणा, उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालयात याचिका – अग्निपथ योजनेविरोधात केरळ, पंजाब आणि हरियाणा, पाटणा आणि उत्तराखंड या उच्च न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल करण्यात आल्या होत्या. त्यावर सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने या सर्व उच्च न्यायालयांना सांगितले होते की, त्यांच्यासमोर दाखल याचिका एकतर दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयात वर्ग कराव्यात किंवा स्थगित ठेवाव्यात. जोपर्यंत दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय निर्णय देत नाही तोपर्यंत हे केले पाहिजे. त्यावर गेल्या सुनावणीवेळी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने सुप्रीम कोर्टाने हस्तांतरित केलेल्या खटल्यांची फाइल अद्याप पोहोचलेली नाही, असे म्हटले होते.

अग्निपथ योजनेअंतर्गत अग्निवीरांसाठी उद्योजकता कार्यक्रम

The central government launched the Agneepath scheme. The government plans to launch about 22 programs for soldiers recruited under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Agneepath scheme. The purpose of these programs is to create a business plan for firefighters retiring after four years of service. Helping them, so that they can benefit from it. Entrepreneurship courses are designed by veterans themselves. About 400 people have been trained so far under this initiative. Some have started coaching centers and schools, while others have found jobs in the security sector. The module is designed to provide skills by ensuring dynamic and great opportunities. This year, the ministry plans to train about 1,000 ex-servicemen, most of whom are in their 40s.

अग्निवीरांना सेवामुक्तीनंतरही मोफत उपचार

भारतीय सैन्यदलात हंगामी पद्धतीने जवानांची भरती करण्याच्या अग्निपथ योजनेबाबत वाद कायम असताना, केंद्र सरकारने या अग्निवीरांसाठी आणखी एक सवलत जाहीर केली आहे. त्यानुसार सेवाकाळात जखमी झालेल्या अग्निवीरांना 23 व्या वर्षानंतर सैन्यदलांतून सेवामुक्त झाल्यावरही मोफत उपचार करण्याचा प्रस्ताव आहे. अग्निपथ योजनेला झालेला विरोध पाहता केंद्र सरकारने टप्प्याटप्प्याने दिलासा देण्याचे सत्र सुरू केले आहे. निमलष्करी दल व राज्यांच्या पोलिस दलांमध्ये 75 टक्के सेवामुक्त अग्निवीरांना राखीव जागा ठेवण्याच्या घोषणा टप्प्याटप्याने करण्यात आल्या. या पृष्ठभूमीवर संरक्षण मंत्रालयाकडून अग्निवीरांसाठी एका नवीन सवलतीची घोषणा आज सोमवारी करण्यात आली. त्यानुसार सेवाकाळात जखमी झालेल्या व दीर्घ उपचारांची गरज असलेल्या अग्निवीरांना सेवामुक्त केल्यावरही मोफत उपचारांची सुविधा कायम ठेवण्यात येणार आहे. योग्यता व कामगिरीच्या आधारावर लष्करी सेवेतून चार वर्षांनी मुक्त केले जाणार्‍या या 75 टक्के तरुणांना जे 11.71 लाख रुपयांचे सेवा निधी पॅकेज मिळणार आहे. त्याच्या व्यतिरिक्त हे मोफत उपचार असतील.
संबंधित अग्निवीर गंभीर जखमी झाले असतील व त्यांना दीर्घ उपचारांची गरज असेल त्यांच्यावर त्या कालावधीत लष्कराच्या नियमांनुसार सैन्यदलांच्या रुग्णालयांत उपचार करण्यात येतील. सेवाकाळात गंभीर जखमी झाल्यास 15 लाखांपासून 44 लाखांपर्यंत भरपाई देण्याची तरतूद मूळ योजनेत यापूर्वीच करण्यात आली आहे.

1. अग्निपथ योजनेला विरोध होत असताना भारतीय लष्कराने आवश्यक अधिसूचना जारी  केली आहे. भरतीसाठी जारी केलेल्या अधिसूचनेनुसार नोंदणी जुलैमध्ये सुरू होईल. अधिसूचनेत पात्रता अटी, भरती प्रक्रिया, वेतन आणि सेवा नियमांचे भत्ते यांचा तपशील आहे. जुलैपासून ऑनलाइन नोंदणी सुरू होईल.
2. अग्निपथ योजनेअंतर्गत चार वर्षांसाठी भरती केली जाणार असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले आहे. त्यांना कोणत्याही प्रकारची पेन्शन किंवा पदवी मिळणार नाही. याशिवाय सैनिकांसाठी उपलब्ध असलेल्या कॅन्टीनची सुविधाही अग्निवीरांना मिळणार नाही. अग्निवीरांना कोणताही महागाई भत्ता किंवा लष्करी सेवा वेतन मिळणार नाही. भारतीय लष्कराच्या अधिसूचनेनुसार (Notification) आठवी आणि दहावी उत्तीर्ण युवकही अर्ज करू शकतात.
3. अग्निवीरांच्या पहिल्या भरतीसाठी जारी केलेल्या अधिसूचनेनुसार नोंदणी जुलै महिन्यात सुरू होईल. ८३ भरती मेळाव्यातून सुमारे ४० हजार सैनिकांची भरती करण्यात येणार आहे. ऑनलाइन नोंदणीसाठी joinindianarmy.nic.in या संकेतस्थळावर भेट द्यावी लागले. जुलैपासून सैन्याच्या विविध भरती युनिट्स स्वतःच्या अधिसूचना जारी करतील. अधिसूचनेनुसार आर्मीमध्ये अग्निवीरांना वर्षभरात ३० सुट्ट्या मिळतील.
4. अग्निपथ योजनेअंतर्गत भरती मेळावे ऑगस्ट, सप्टेंबर आणि ऑक्टोबरमध्ये आयोजित केले जातील. डिसेंबरच्या पहिल्या आणि दुसऱ्या आठवड्यात सुमारे २५,००० भरतीचे प्रशिक्षण सुरू होईल. प्रशिक्षणार्थी अग्निवीरांची दुसरी तुकडी २३ फेब्रुवारी २०२३ च्या सुमारास प्रशिक्षण सुरू करेल. सुमारे ४०,००० जवानांच्या निवडीसाठी देशभरात एकूण ८३ भरती मेळावे घेण्यात येणार आहेत.

Navy Angeepath Yojana ‘अग्निपथ योजने’अंतर्गत महिलांनाही संधी, नौदलात होणार भरती

1. नौदलात महिला खलाशींची प्रथमच अग्निपथ योजनेत या वर्षी भरती केली जाणार आहे. यौद्धनौकांवर त्यांना तैनात करण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे. यंदा तीन हजार महिलांची नौदल अग्निवीर म्हणून भरती केली जाईल. पहिली तुकडी ही १०-२० टक्क्यांची राहिल. त्यांचे प्रशिक्षण ओडिशातील आयएनएस चिल्का येथील आस्थापनेत २१ नोव्हेंबरपासून सुरु होईल.
2. नौदलात अग्निपथ योजनेबाबत भेदभाव नसेल. जसे आम्ही बोललो, ३० महिला अधिकारी या सध्या युद्धनौकांवर तैनात आहेत. आम्ही ठरवले आहे, आता वेळ आली की महिला खलाशींची भरती करणे, सर्व विभागात महिला असतील, असे व्हाईस अॅडमिरल दिनेश के त्रिपाठी रविवारी म्हणाले. १४ लाखांच्या लष्करी सैन्यात महिलांचा १९९० वर्षापासून समावेश होऊ लागला. मात्र २०१९-२० मध्ये त्या अधिकारी होत्या. ७० हजार अधिकाऱ्यांच्या केडरमध्ये महिलांची संख्या केवळ तीन हजार ९०४ (लष्कारात १,७०५, वायुदलात १,६४० आणि नौदलात ५५९) होती.
3. या व्यतिरिक्त ९ हजार अधिकाऱ्यांची संख्या कमी आहे. सध्या १०० महिला जवान लष्करात (CMP) आहेत. २०१९-२० मध्ये पहिल्यांदाच ‘अदर रँक्स’ अंतर्गत महिलांची भरती सुरु झाली. १९९ पेक्षा अधिक सीएमपी महिलांची गेल्या दोन वर्षांमध्ये भरती करण्यात आली.

Agneepath Yojana Form Details

1. Educational Qualification for candidates : 12th pass will be eligible for Agneepath Yojana Recruitment – The educational qualification prescribed for army recruitment will remain the same. 12th pass candidates will be eligible for recruitment
2. Age limit increased from 21 years to 23 years for this year only.
3. Under this scheme, about 45000 Young Candidates will be inducted in the army every year.
4. These recruitment will be done on the basis of merit and medical test. In these four years, Agneevirs will be given basic military training of 6 months.
5. Salary Details : Agneevirs will be given 30 thousand to 40 thousand months salary and other benefits. If martyr or disabled during service, then compensation of up to Rs 44 lakh will be given. After the completion of four years, 25 percent will then have to serve in the army for 15 more years.

24 जूनपासून नौदलातील भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू केली जाईल.

1. लष्करप्रमुख जनरल मनोज पांडे यांनी शुक्रवारी सांगितले की, लवकरच भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू केली जाईल. 2022 मध्ये अग्निपथ योजनेंतर्गत वयोमर्यादा 21 वरून 23 वर्षे करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. येत्या दोन दिवसांत लष्करातील भरती सुरू होणार आहे, तर पुढच्या शुक्रवारपासून म्हणजेच 24 जूनपासून नौदलातील भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू केली जाईल.
2. जनरल पांडे म्हणाले की, या वर्षी या योजनेतील वयोमर्यादा दोन वर्षांसाठी वाढवण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. आता लवकरच भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू केली जाईल. यावेळी लष्करप्रमुखांनी तरुणांना ‘अग्निवार’ म्हणून भारतीय सैन्यात सामील होण्याच्या संधीचा लाभ घेण्याचे आवाहन केले. लष्करप्रमुखांनी एका निवेदनात म्हटले आहे की, वयोमर्यादा वाढवण्याच्या निर्णयामुळे आमच्या अनेक उत्साही आणि देशभक्त तरुणांना संधी मिळेल. भरती प्रक्रियेचे वेळापत्रक लवकरच जाहीर केले जाईल.
3. नौदल प्रमुख अॅडमिरल हरी कुमार म्हणाले… नौदल प्रमुख अॅडमिरल हरी कुमार यांनी अग्निपथ योजनेचे वर्णन परिवर्तनाची योजना असल्याचे केले. ते म्हणाले की, आम्ही पूर्वीपेक्षा तीनपट किंवा चार पट अधिक भरती करू शकतो. अग्निपथ योजनेतील अग्निवीरांचे व्यक्तिमत्त्व विकसित होऊ शकते. देशात राष्ट्रवादी विचार रुजवणे हा या योजनेचा मुख्य उद्देश असल्याचे हरी कुमार यांनी सांगितले.

2. भारतीय सैन्यदलात सैनिकांची कमतरता असल्यामुळे हा निर्णय घेतला जाण्याची शक्यता वर्तवली जात होती. त्यानुसार अखेर ही घोषणा करण्यात आली आहे. भारतील सैन्यात दीड लाख सैनिकांची कमतरता असून दर महिन्याला त्यात आणखी पाच हजारांची भर पडतेय. दर महिन्याला सुमारे पाच हजार सैनिक निवृत्त होत असून त्यांच्या जागी भरती करण्याची गरज व्यक्त होत होती. ही भरती तातडीनं करण्याची गरज आहे. सध्याच्या घडीला भारतीय सैन्यात 1.2 दशलक्ष सैनिक असल्याची अधिकृत आकडेवारी देण्यात आली आहे. कोरोना महामारी सुरु होण्याआधी दरवर्षी भरती केली जात असे. 2019-20मध्ये 80,572 सैनिकांची तर 2018-19 मध्ये 53,431 सैनिकांची भरती करण्यात आली होती.
